Guest citysnumber7
i think that we should sell a few players that are not contributing to the club, and maybe invest in a great talent such as leon brotton, any of you remeber himfrom swansea, he was great, i know its a longshot but hes young and if we can get propmoted and sell a few players we would have a few funds available :Confused13:
Percy Parrot
people KEEP saying his name and he was superb against us that night. But does anyone actually know how he is doing at Swansea? I mean Armand One played well against us, hell Carl Hutchings has played well against us...even Sean Dyche. One game doesn't make a player. Guest WillsbridgeRed
By all accounts him and Trundle have been quality in Div 3. Funnily enough I remember someone taking the ###### out of Trundle pres season "I see Lee Matthews has been signed by Swansea" Hm how wrong was that! Stoke_Gifford_Red
Hes said to be one of the best players in their team and they are nearly at the top so he must be quite good. Maybe we should try and buy him. He certainly has that creative spark we seem to be lacking.
cheshire_red
Aren't both Britton and Trundle out injured at the mo, one of the reasons they couldn't score against the mighty Gas defence last week.
Robbored
Percy got it right - one superb game doesn't make a great player. That said he was very impressive at AG that night as those faithfull 5000 that were there witnessed. He got a standing ovation when he went off,one of the very few I've seen at AG for an opposing player. Theoretically,if he can do it once then he can do again and again but he probably struggles to maintain that level of form like all flair players. I would like to see him in a City shirt though'
bcfc seattle
Well a couple of my Spanish friends think very highly of Docs becuase they only saw him play vs. Spain. They can't beleive we can't get promoted with him as a defensive midfielder.
Robbored
Hmmm...Seattle. I think you may have the wrong player in mind!! :Costumed89: Go and stand in the corner!!!!!
Spud55
I thought this had been settled, WE CAN'T SIGN HIM FOR GODS SAKE. We could ofer 100 billion for him and it would not matter a jot, as under the new transfer rules a player under 23 CANNOT move in their first contracted year.
