StapleHillPhil
Cheers dude - that was puzzling me!It's an Irish thing, although quite why they were going around giving each other horses remains a mystery.

CIDER PANTS OF TWERTON
Need some advice here folks. One of my clients has invited me to go to the *gulp* Sadsag Vs Leeds match on 14th September. Will be the whole corporate jolly thing, meal first and all that.I've never been to see a Rovers game (unless they're playing City of course). However, the client would really like me to go and it may be a bit rude to say no.This is really bothering me & I need to let them know today. Please guys, what would you do?Simply do not go.Explain why you don't want to go. It would be rude of him to expect you to go and if he is a proper bloke he will understand. If he does not understand try one of your colleagues failing that find the dirtiest tramp you can and pay them to go. Meh
Get another job which doesn't involve mixing with such ill-informed and strange people.I would suggest local council, but, that would be worse.Time to learn the words to "Marching all together" me thinks. And take a photo of yourself like this. Will score brownie points, albeit, maybe not with your clients :-Actually, the best brownie point would be right in the middle so it slides down, but, I digress; wrong forum. CiderHider
Oh dear, I would rather poke my own eye out than spend an evening as a corporate Sag. Only in my darkest nightmares am i surrounded by 10'000 mincing Gasheads, the thought of it becoming reality is unimaginably horrific! You Crazy!
