WessexPest
Undefeated after eight league games. I honestly don't believe we could have asked for anything more than that by now. Going into October undefeated. It's hard not to think what might have been though if it wasn't for the concession of those late goals against QPR and Burnleh. But let's not worry if collectively we're getting carried away, no doubt a bad run and form will come eventually (probably June) but for now I think we should savour it.And to top it all off, those scum, overdrawn & quartered types throw away a two-goal lead and end up losing. I know, I know, I really shouldn't care any more but they're still worth laughing at. 2-0 up and ****** it up, Rovers, Rovers is their name, losing is their game. nester
By definition we're very hard to beat. But is it me or is this a league of draws??? there were a lot today - I think I counted only 2 wins as they announced them over the tannoy? Does this mean it's a fairly even league or what? 22A
Eight games gone which is just over a sixth of the season already! City have had just 3 wins but 5 draws. This has been good enough to climb to THIRD in the table! Either 1. the Championship is not as strong as was feared or2. The majority of clubs are equally matched meaning any team putting even a short row of wins together will suddenly be near the top.
