England Posted April 8, 2004 Report Share Posted April 8, 2004 Keith and his merry gang get plenty of stick on matchdays and on this forum not least from me last Saturday when I launched into (verbally ) a steward and a supervisor. I followed that up with an email when I first apologised for my outburst and then explained why I was so angry. Keith rang me today and explained the club's position and then rang me back later offering a solution to the problem. Just wanted to publicly say thanks to all those involved. Since 1996- despite visits from Rovers, Cardiff, Millwall, Swansea and Stoke I can't think of any major problems. They must feel like they're between a rock and hard place sometimes.
