Jags11
I believe GJ should tell them substitutes may be made during the first half if certain players do not perform! I know it is difficult as you can see some PLAYERS DO NOT APPEAR FIT and are we really without any choice by having to play them?As we appear we are a team that only plays one way with the ball on the ground! The only plan B we have is to go long ball! Well lots of teams can win either way but you need the team to be functioning 110%.Goal poachers win games without the main team playing well sometimes! Motivation by GJ must go beyond the dressing room at Cardiff and every player must adapt by tremendous effort or be replaced before he wastes any precious minutes of the teams valuable time!A whole city is banking on the chosen individuals no excuses can be offered except a Cardiff team that has outplayed us!Time for GJ to tell them it is his shoulders they are breaking by not performing.Fingers crossed. Gerrad is a fine example as is Fabgregas. The question is - how many 'Culteral Architects' do City have?
BCAGFC
Matt Hewlett used to 'the best thing since sliced bread' in training, but in a match he was at best 'inconsistent'.Many players are MUCH better in training than when they cross the white line on a matchday.IMO the only thing that should be judged in training is fitness, match performances is what REALLY counts.BCAGFC
