I’m the same. I think the tension is more obvious when you’re on a sofa or comfy chair where you’d normally be relaxing. That’s my theory anyway.

I’m not sure you can completely blame Sky for today’s schedule - after all, everyone was playing as today as indeed they were on Saturday. But I completely agree that two days between games is insufficient. A Tuesday evening programme (i.e. tomorrow) would have made a bit more sense, but really I’d say the whole Christmas period needs at least one game less.

To keep things in perspective, assuming we lose today, we’re two points off the automatic places and five clear in the play offs. Given the number of games we have played recently, and the number of injuries we are contending with, I would say that’s not actually a bad outcome - even if it is partly due to Cardiff’s implosion and the inconsistency of other teams.

I feel an otib meltdown coming on.

Only just caught up on today’s results. If we can claim a point tonight, I think we can say it’s been a good day.

Oh I completely agree, I’m certainly not suggesting we play for a point.

They’re a decent side but let’s not turn them into Real Madrid. They’ve lost as many games as we have this season.... ....but I’d take a point!

I wasn’t being particularly serious of course but 43 might well be enough. The bottom four are all on course to finish well below 40 points. Just glad we don’t have to get too hung up about it!

Actually think that suits us better. It’s the bus-parkers we struggle with. That said, I suspect this might be a score draw.

Has to be said we are a much better side against teams that want to play. Strangely I think the biggest threat to our season is our ability to get results against the lesser sides happy to park the bus.

This squad is in the quarter finals of the league cup and 5th in the league. We have beaten three Premier League teams with weakened sides and are continuing to win matches in the league despite significant absences. Sorry about today’s result, must be tough for you.

I only discovered the stream at 2-0 so I can only assume we were brilliant all afternoon and dreadfully unlucky to be two down!

They were only 1-0 down but point being you can score two goals very late! Anyway who cares right now!!! Have a pleasant evening!
