so... a kick off at 9.00, loads will be leaving early to get on connecting trains. There could be more than a bit of aftermath to this

The Arsenal fans all leave on 60 mins as standard to catch trains etc because it gets such a pinch point going back to the station,. They've probably on their way out before the match has started.

It's so narrow down to the station, residential area, it's going to get way, way messy. Police stand on platforms to shout at crowds through megaphones for an ordinary match, God only knows what this is going to be like

never been to The Emirates,,,, went to Highbury once, and can well imagine how things could develop in an hour or so

I went to Fulham v Wisla Krakow in this competition a few years ago and there was a similar scenario with many more away fans turning up than the official allocation (a lot of them probably lived locally but anyway...). Fulham fans aren't exactly known for being hostile but when Wisla scored there were fights breaking out all over the ground due to Poles celebrating and the locals taking exception to it.

Wont be a problem at Arsenal then; no locals, only tourists and tarquins. Most of them will have buggered off home already.

I'd say so. What has any foreign team/fans got to worry about in England anymore?

Nothing. If they're arrested they'll be let off, and if they're caught doing something on CCTV it won't be followed up.

The idea will be to get them out of London asap.
