But if he’s got any aspiration to get into the PL sometime soon, right now I’d have a shortlist of 3: 1) Jokanovich 2) Moyes 3) Warnock (when he becomes available soon) The important thing to consider is the lower we sink down the table, the less attractive we become. Unfortunately as has been alluded to, he won't be a 'yes man', which is why Lansdown wouldn't appoint him. And if he did, I could envisage another 'Coppell' scenario. What we need is a halfway balance between a toy for the puppet master and a 'confrontational nutter' like Cotterill.
