That was my point (which I think some missed!) - it isn't a latest position. We'll have that joy at the end of the month. He'll be the defacto owner of the stadium (secured against the loans) and the club is a worthless entity (would imagine most clubs are as they lose money), but subject to an administrator negotiating a penny-in-the-pound type settlement, you'll either find someone prepared to invest if they are largely debt free and either renting the Mem (or more likely moving to Bath in the short term) or, dare I say it, the supporters buying the club.
