Tough match.
Last season we found difficulties aganst their defence, and not having a big striker like Djuric - or Fammy - complicate things.
I guess Pato's performance could influence our result.
Probably this is the only hope we have to regain a place in the playoff: a strong reaction and some ugly wins, with some help ( = good results) from the other pitches. A slight hope IMO, but still better than nothing, nah?
Better than losing, but still a bad result: how can we beat teams like Brentford and Millwall if we struggle against Barnsley etc. ?
Top10 finish looks more realistic than a playoff place, as things stand: I'd be happy to be proven wrong, though...
Yes, but somehow we were able to stay in the playoff zone. IMO, the first worrying signals came from matches againts bottom teams like Bolton, Sunderland & Burton: we should have won them at any cost.
1-1.
COME ON, LADS,COOOOME ON!!
Well done, Robins!
Bad first half, but City grew in the second one, earning three deserved points. Good to have some players back too (shame for Mags, though), and today LJ made the right choices.
There's still hope.
He did changes too late.
Managing well the team for some months doesn't automatically cancel his recent errors.
We all know that Woodrow is not as strong as Fammy, that probably Walsh is not at Pack's level, etc. ... but not doing changes is the perfect way to help the opposition. He needs to be more fast in his decision making, or we'll continue losing points.
