  1. Absolutely. Joined 24th November 2023 and that was the second post! You were right with the bs comment, might just be a different bs though....
  2. You are right, stats don't lie.... Unfortunately, the 2 people now running our club do.....
  3. Brilliant game, fantastic atmosphere, best feeling for ages! Well done everyone! Not happy being kept in the Winterstoke Road car park for a g e s.. but hey ho. COYR!
  4. What do we want the club to do? Do this type of business in the SUMMER! If they think he will really improve us then why not for the whole season, not just the second half?
  5. Voted yes but I have a lot of gratitude towards SL. Unfortunately we are now being run by JL. The person with no qualifications or experience to run anything especially a football club. His employment record shows 4 years working for Hargreaves Lansdown. Executive position? PR department? No, the call centre. That's the sum of it. Then he goes and gets rid of all the people around him that disagree with him (Pearson and Alexander) and replaces them with people too weak to say it as it is. I would humbly ask SL to take back the reins, stop his son treating his position as a hobby before enormous damage is done to the club we ALL love.
  6. Yes, just a pity that wasn't recognised before they sacked Nige.
  7. Oh thank you for agreeing with me He WASN'T backed in the summer.... .....END OF!!
  8. Oh I do apologise. Tell me, what money was spent following the Alex Scott sale?
  9. Your right it isn't the problem but it WAS. At Cardiff we had Sykes at right back (tanner injured), played Pring at centre back (Vyner and Atkinson injured) and played a 17 year old at left back because Pring had to play out of position. We lost 2-0 and the manager was sacked. Bastards.
  10. And why is that? Simply because NP was not supported in the summer transfer window after the sale of Scott!
  11. What including the previously injured players now fit to play? I think not...
  12. Let's not forget LM has several players returned from injury so has a stronger squad to "train on the grass" and select. Some in key positions where there was no real alternatives like central defence
  13. Shouldn't matter if we beat WHU or not. We are 14th in the league that's what matters! Him and crayon boy both LIED!!! Shocking really, just bluster and bullshit! With all the players having returned from injury since LM started you really would expect better wouldn't you? I can only imagine the vitriolic posts on here if after all the injured players had returned we played like we are and NP was still in charge. But then again I firmly believe we would be playing better.....
  14. Sorry mate, usually agree with you but you are talking about the next generation of City supporters and if only say 25% go on to be regular future supporters, it's definitely worth it (IMHO).
  15. Why when we had Kasey Palmer? .....
  16. Well whoever bought him to the club (I believe SL), he went straight into the academy under academy director..... Gary Probert, now at Ipswich. BT became academy director in October 2021 by which time he was a full time member of the first team squad under Nige.
  17. Just replying to what Ian Gay said in the podcast.... You obviously haven't listened, trust me you did the right thing...
  18. What a ******* hypocrite! Ian Gay.... did YOU ask yourself what would happen if the Lansdown family walked away when YOU asked embarrassing questions of Steve Lansdown at LAST SEASONS Senior Reds lunch? No! You acted the big I am! Jon Lansdown is not his Dad BUT is the Chairman of the club and therfore should be able to answer any question asked..... or don't do it! As I said, what a hypocrite!!!!
  19. So.... this is your 6th post and you joined yesterday..... Must be bloody brilliant overtime rate over Christmas
  20. I had 2! Perhaps I got yours or maybe he thought I needed to read it twice.... Merry Christmas fellow reds and a happy new year to all!
  21. NO NO NO!!! Being on crutches does not take away any functions like your brain, you can still see, talk, hear. Infact everything you could do before you needed them! Your employer has to make reasonable adjustments before sacking so, he could have sat down instead of standing watching training, sat up in the terrace at the hpc etc. Christ, you are supposed to help and support your employee not use it as a ******* excuse to get rid! If you were, or anyone was at Senior Reds yesterday I am the chap getting around on 2 crutches. Doesn't stop me doing anything I can assure you! I retired age 65 and spent the last 4 years working on crutches. No adjustments necessary. I was a construction industry project manager trained in the Architectural profession. My boss wanted me to stay on another year! Crutches are an aid and nothing more!!! Rant over.....
  22. And then said...."I'm really interested if a complete transcript of the answers will be released" "Any word on that"? So NO is the answer
