Sky are struggling at the moment and are laying off or cutting wages on many employees, so it won’t be a big money move from another broadcaster I doubt. I do wonder where the whole Sky sports is heading, I think subscribers are down, there’s more choices and they don’t have blanket coverage of sports like they used to. I know I’m thinking of quitting my membership when it runs out in a few months, mainly because of the ridiculous price increase a few months ago. I know they’ll offer a deal but I don’t think I’ll give them a second chance this time.
