Has 2 wins in 2 changed anyone's mind and led to early renewal? What are you hoping to see in the last 6 games?

(Not trying to start a fight - genuinely interested! I'm not an ST holder, don't live in Bristol so try and go away more than home. Respect the decision to delay renewal to make a point - a point that needs making!)

no. I'll wait to the last minute (22nd April, deadline is 23rd) before renewing, if I do. I'm not convinced by any of it.

We all know the sacking was very harsh but this time it really, really pissed off the most prolific & respected contributors on here.

Just like social media influencing that sentiment spreads & keeps being reinforced by a wider community.

Credit to Manning coming into that maelstrom created for him & digging his way through it.

I would have preferred NP saw out the contract & left with dignity but change was made & it would be odd to not give Manning next season to see the project through.

Its rare an L1 player hits the ground running in 1st season in championship so why are we expecting the same from a L1 coach?

The club were at the time of his employment.

Finding it difficult to join in this love-in for Alex Scott, sorry if that sounds harsh but to me it's like wishing your ex-wife well after she has left you for a bloke uglier than you who had a few bob, whilst you had to carry on working in Aldi.

I think of it more like the prodigal relative whose progress you take an interest in.
I’m sad to see them go but totally understand why they needed to move onwards.

All sounds a bit Big Brother to me ( George Orwell not the vacuous game show)

Certain irony that our most prolific poster is requesting a restriction on the number of posts for new accounts.

It’s a safety issue. Certain new posters try to bully and intimidate existing members, that’s not a free speech issue, certainly in the way Orwell intended it.

  5. We had a lot of grit and determination in that performance today, faster paced and not the typical LM kind of game. I didn’t see the Soton game so can’t comment how it relates to LC.
I’m not sure we’re physically able to play at that ferocity every game.

More likely that Nigel has shown his class and declined to commentate on our game so soon after his dismissal - any analysis that was critical of our play could come over as sour grapes . Whatever we think of Manning and his awful football Nigel probably respects him as a fellow manager and wants to let him get on with his job without his predessor commenting on his performance.

Did Cott's ever cover our games after he was sacked, I don't recall any?

There was that game when LJ wouldn’t shake his hand? Live on telly

She was spot on I liked her passion and frustration,Really spoke out about our owners at last something out there. Thank you Ellie for talking sense and expressed how I'm feeling especially as a supporter also with season ticket renewal.

Yes, the RB guy couldn't disagree.

    I liked the well-funded doesn't mean well-run line…summed it up.

I do find it frustrating when people/media try to gloss over the NP sacking and the dishonesty around it, as if fans are overly emotional and a bit stupid. If someone lies to you, you are going to find it difficult to forgive them. The clubs needs to be held to account. As JP said last week, the fans' tolerance has been stretched to the limit.
