  1. Seems a bit flakey to me , we’ve had enough of them over the years. Jury’s out for me at the moment .
  2. He hasn’t shown anywhere near enough to pay that sort of money imo
  3. You got plenty w️ also loved you in homeland
  4. Sssh don’t. I wanted to see if he’d figure it out
  5. No not at all. I enjoy ******* about with idiots like you . What a very sad pathetic life you must leed .
  6. Plays in a blues band as well. Very talented man. Well, apart from trying to wind people up on a football forum. He couldn’t wind a clock
  7. I’ve never seen max bird play unless he was in the derby side that got relegated. Agree about James. He’s never had pace so he’s not going to lose any & if he has knight around him it’s not a problem . It might be a decision out of mannings hands , but If it was me I’d be on tinnion’s case daily about giving him a new contract. As a young & ( learning on the job coach) you need good experienced pros the help you . I really do fear for our championship status if we lose all our experience. They’re not the end of career feet up type players of the past . They’re top pros that are vital to the dressing room .
  8. He’s not staying imo . Burnley want £5m and he’s not worth that. Twine doesn’t play in central midfield though & it was refreshing to see knight next to Matty yesterday . Knight has the legs Matty hasn’t and I thought they complimented each other very well.
  9. Obviously a troll . Before I tell you to **** off , I’d just like to say I loved you in band of brothers
  10. I haven’t read past the post I responded to so apologies if it’s been covered. Every team needs a Matty James . You can’t have a Scott twine (who won’t be with us next season ) creating if you haven’t got a player like Matty . He’s not a defensive midfielder as such although I don’t like the modern fixation with pigeon holing players , especially midfielders . He moves players around . He’ll drag opposition players out of position by his subtle movement . He’s very good at finding space. It’s no coincidence we’re a poorer side when he’s not available & he’ll be a massive loss on & off the pitch next season . Players trust him . He’s a 7-8 out of ten every week . Take just 5 minutes of our next game to just watch him . I did against West Ham . He makes us tick
  11. Killer passes are not his game . You’ve completely missed what he does. He knits us together he dictates games and our play goes through him .
  12. I watched the 15 minute highlights on Sky this morning . Poor play all round but Zak actually calls for the ball when marked . Max should never pass to him but why is he calling for it.
  13. I’ve changed my mind . I don’t want manning sacked because he has played mind numbing football. I want him sacked so you will **** off . One win & it’s thread after thread of ass licking .
  14. Give Jon a nudge & ask him why Matty James isn’t getting a new contract . Stop brown nosing it’s *******
  15. Well you’ve replied to everyone except that one . It’s all subjective I get that . I just don’t understand the argument of a club is bigger than another in the here & now because like I said history defines them. There are small , medium , big clubs . Then the likes of Man U , Liverpool , Arsenal , a largely un forgotten but original “big four” Everton . All, plus others have won massive honours consistently . They couldn’t be big clubs if they didn’t have the history to back it up . in 130 years , we’ve had 9 seasons on the top flight & one fa cup final . Compared to the gas we’re Real Madrid . The reality is unfortunately , we’re a small club in Europe , would you say Ajax are a big club . Today no , but their academy , winning four European cups & along with the national side total football of the 70’s have been a big part of the European cup. Just like Blackpool , Preston , Huddersfield with their history have been a massive part of football league history .
  16. That’s not winning a trophy is it . I notice you didn’t reply to my to my Liverpool, Man U & Arsenal post. when in a hole , stop digging . also , you do realise that the team we lost to have gone on to create a dynasty in English football. It might not of happened (probably would) with out that first win . Therefore history defines a club
  17. Yeah , we’ve had potential for 130 years near enough . Means nothing
  18. Not really . They’ve won the prem & FA cup in the last ten years , it’s all relative . They should never of got relegated with the squad they had. They were pissing the league a few weeks ago & now could be heading for the play offs & the knock on from that if they don’t go up
  19. To be fair. The vast majority would have been happy for nige to get another three years to keep building , so I don’t think fans in general want to chop & change . It’s good to have stability. Unfortunately for manning , he’s come to a club with a largely pissed off fanbase & he’s hardly hit the ground running. Plus the ridiculous statements from the club did nothing but heap undue pressure on him.
  20. It was nice to see us be more direct & purposeful with our passing . We passed through them a lot more than recently . Ok sides will be more compact in midfield as we’ve seen with the recent defeats . The intent was there though , which has been missing .
  21. Fanbase has little to do with it . Would you class Newcastle as big a club as Liverpool because they get similar sized crowds ?
  22. It’s not living in the past though is it. Liverpool , Man Utd, Arsenal are massive because they’ve won dozens of trophy’s over decades . Therefore history defines them as huge clubs . If you lived in the past & took their trophy’s away they wouldn’t be as big as they are would they.
