Cheers Albert
Still loves us

In what universe was that not a handball earlier.
Completely random decisions - and to not even review it

Pointless foul from Wells there. Shame really, great cross from Sykes and an even better header

Good work by Scott - lots of scouts watching. Clearly wants to stay at city next season.
Just trying to make it so we don't miss him too much.
Good guy Alex

Decent start to be fair. Burnley look as if they could be there for the taking today.
Right approach to the game. No way we can outplay Burnley, but troubling them with the press and getting forward quickly.

It did not look deliberate, yellow was right.
Yeah right decision for me. Hell of a whack though

Useless. Penalty and a straight red.
Why would he go down? Was about to score

What a ball that is!
Cam LB always until the end of time pls

Not wanting to be over dramatic but thats a red right?
Cross looked spot on from Cornick so Bell would have been 1 on 1

The problem is if a big show isn't made of any transgressions they tend not to get acted upon. Same with penalties, if a player is clipped in the box and tries to stay on his feet a penalty isn't given. In fact VAR don't even look at it. But if at the slightest touch the player goes down, then if the ref doesn't give it at least VAR looks at it, sees there was contact and the pen is given.
During the World Cup when Maguire, iirc, was rugby tackled to the ground in the box he got up and apart from a look at the ref did little to highlight it. VAR didn't even look at it yet it was a nailed on penalty! But pound to a penny, had Maguire stayed down clutching various parts of his anatomy and other England players confronted the culprit and made a show of the incident, VAR would definitely have looked at it and given a penalty.
I see on here plenty of times posters complaining about City or England players not being savvy enough in getting decisions go our way. When, God forbid, an England player does just that, then he gets unjustified stick. Well done Harry Kane, more power to your elbow. After all, he wasn't at fault, all he did was ensure the Everton player who did transgress the rules got the correct punishment for it.
This is the main problem now. It is completely the fault of decades of simulation, but it has resulted in decisions not being given unless players go down like they have been shot.

Not defending Kane, but currently watching Chelsea Liverpool and in the last 5 minutes 2 Chelsea players have gone down clutching their face from significantly less contact than Kane.
Not even mentioned by the commentators.

Mehmeti just found offside from his own shot there!
Would have been fuming had Wells scored there and been disallowed

I would absolutely love for Plymouth to go up.
Moved here in 2012, just after they went down and haven't been in the same division since! Would be such an easy away day for me.
In fact the only time I have seen City here since moving was a pre-season friendly.

Bellingham is absolutely exceptional

Agree, may actually use sky’s option to follow certain cars just to watch they group behind red bull
For sure! If Merc can find a couple of tenths we could be in for some good Hamilton vs Alonso racing

I hope I'm proved wrong but got a feeling this season will be one of the most boring for a long time.
If the Red Bulls dominate as expected I just hope Perez keeps doing well to at least make it a bit more interesting.
At least the midfield battle is looking good.
I'd be miffed if I was a red bull sponsor. Looks like they will be getting next to no airtime

Custard creams please.
For me, custard creams are are rare case where the cheaper they are the better they are.
20p pack from a corner shop beats all.

Maybe a new rule, if you land on the mem you have to wear some sort of canvas hat for the rest of the game.
