It's a difficult one, because on one hand some clubs could be "forced" into kicking off earlier if it stops them from struggling financially. In that respect, most supporters would understand the stance.
You then have some season ticket holders that suddenly can't make some/all early kickoffs. Technically they've purchased their ticket(s) knowing that some fixtures may change date/times, but if this means that most times change, it's not what they signed up to.
On the flip side you have the supporter(s) that can't make the 3pm kickoff, but could do an earlier one. This in turn could mean that they could buy a season ticket off someone that can no longer attend because of the time changes.
Of course the bigger issue here is the money grabbing, greedy energy companies that suddenly think they can rule the world.
Coupled with that Howard from the Halifax adverts, sorry... Kwasi Kwarteng, refusing to tax them to ensure the money is fed back to support the country.

Clubs are damned if they do and damned if they don't.
It genuinely may be the difference between going under or survival for some clubs.
Any change will inconvenience some, and be of help to others, would you rather clubs go out of business to ensure you have ample Wetherspoons time?
A lot of clubs will welcome this, fans will adapt and yes, some may be unable to go for the Winter matches, but be grateful that it would ensure Spring and Autumn matches continue.

There is a dress code for Christmas games.

Norwich Weds, Burnley Sat, these games will show whether, or not, we can be viewed as realistic play-off contenders.
Personally think 3 pts from the 2 games would be an excellent return. Anything more and I'll really to start to get carried away!
A lot will depend on how well our wing backs can offer defensive cover, as well as getting forward. Sunderland showed just how the holes behind our wing backs can be exploited.
Nice to be looking at the top end of the table, rather then the bottom even if we do get beat in both games.
Minimum of 5 points required...

He's still banging on about the Shrews...
Barton made clear his displeasure with the flow of the game against Shrewsbury, who were effective in breaking the game up and nullifying the atmosphere at the Mem. He expects a similar approach from Morecambe on Saturday.
"I'm looking forward to it," Barton added. "Hopefully we don't get another 5-4-1 but it looks like it based on watching them play. I was a bit ill this week and I don't know if that was (from) watching Shrewsbury play on Saturday or not. It gave me a bit of a tummy ache.
"We've got to remember we're in the entertainment business and if we allow teams who have no intention of playing football to come and spoil games of football, attendances are going to dwindle and, rightly so, people will vote with their wallet and they won't come and attend football matches.
"People have got choices to make with their money and they want to be entertained, they want to watch a really good game of football, end-to-end and teams competing and goals scored. You don't want to watch players rolling around on the floor."
The Gas have been spoiling league football since 2015... shut up Barton!

No it won’t. It means that those of us who’ve paid £170 for Robins TV will be left fumbling around, searching for some dodgy stream, instead of getting the service we’ve paid for.
As per the terms of the contract with Robins TV, which you agreed to, you've paid for matches NOT chosen for International transmission, so you've not paid for this one, I don't get why you're whinging?

Jeez, it makes Vogon poetry sound like a cross between Wordsworth & Byron !
BTW I laughed at the "well endowed" bit because I have it on good authority from a girl (well, woman now) who "met" said Giggs on holiday abroad when he was just becoming famous, and according to her, he was MOST disappointing in the trouser department !
Not as big a d1ck as he's become now, then!

Make it over 95 to avoid the last minute equaliser
Come on, that isn't likely to happen, is it?
We'd need to be leading going in to injury time for that to occur...
