1-0 Preston, Max at fault, but been coming since half-time. Perhaps now LM will make some changes.
-
TGH just wide with shot from just outside the box
-
Time for some changes, Bell needs to go off.

good play Knight, yellow for Keane, FK just outside the box
-
All Preston now, subs have energised them
-
Poor pass Mehmeti, trying to play in TC
-
great turn and shot from Will Keane, great save Max

0-0 HT. This has the fill of the Birmingham game to me. We are cleared the better side BUT have only created one really good chance, that TGH didn't make the most of. Bell not really showing up, perhaps Wells to link up with Conway might be an option...

Knight with a header chance from a corner but well wide
-
Bell with an awful touch in our box, nearly presents PNE with a goal

We are struggling to get either Mehmeti or Bell into the game

Knight well over the bar, off balance

Now our first corner, with Bell shot diverted wide

PNE earn the first corner of the game...

11 mins in, pretty good start

good chance for TGH but keeper saves

Good team and bench looks more solid. Really excited to see McCrorie.
If we can play anywhere near as good as we did at West Ham I fancy us today vs a Preston in poor form. However, this is the sort of team we tend to struggle against and break down. Let's see. COYR
Exactly this, after Winning 3 on the bounce including best performance of season against Watford, we were thinking play anywhere near as good against Birmingham and Millwall and should be wins, well look how that turned out!

Yep, the team haven't won yet at Ashton Gate this season. Didn't even win any of the Conti Cup group games at the RHPC either
Only win so far this season was away at West Ham
I'm afraid having not strengthened by signing any new outfield players in the Jan window it could stay that way. Very disappointed by the lack of ambition, especially when we have the 3rd highest attendances in the WSL.

This one a miss from Nixon then? Could have been a useful player for us, with Sykes out we’ve only got Bell and Anis for two wing spots. Twine can play right side.
We have Yeboah too, but unlike NP, doesn't seem Manning rates him.

Great performance from the boys, so pleased for Tommy after missing a few 1 on 1's, will give him a massive confidence boost
Nice to see him 'score' from the offside chance too, actually think we might have nicked it had he stayed on.

The center backs were different gravy as well.
Agree Vyner & Dickie vg defensively. Both could have done better with their heading chances in the WH box, Dickie straight at the keeper, and Vyner at the death didn't get over it.

Overall deserved 1-1 FT and still in the hat.
Subs of AW and Wells didn't work, as neither got on the ball at all, but good result.
Pring or Max MoM for me.

We've played excellently but haven't had the ball since the subs
Wells and Weimann hardly touched the ball
