We haven't one player that can ignite a game, we haven't one player that we can honestly get excited about coming off the bench. We lack so much quality. Name one player that can go past someone with regularity, that is what drags players out of position and puts them on the back foot. Very frustrating
Yeboah can do that, I know he is ruff and ready, but he has REAL pace and strength and I don't get why LM will not use him as an impact sub. Was being given a good chance by NP.

0-1 Well we can't complain, been weak throughout. Typified by our failure to clear that
-
Bell there good movement, good run, in behind then hits a powder puff cross.

Do we look tired? Or are we just not playing well?
I don't know about tired, but physically they seem stronger than us all over the pitch, which is why they are winning almost every 50/50 ball.

Cannot recall so much as a half chance for us this half.
Nop, Millwall been the better side 2nd half.

Wells on for TC, Bell for Mehmeti

Game is crying out for a Sam Bell Cameo
it is? the same Sam Bell that has not scored in 3 months or had a single assist?
If we want a different option Yeboah would at least give their defence something to worry about.

Conway seems so weak.
Mehmeti come out this second half?
So much more is needed to get a win here
TC certainly getting bullied by Millwall's two centre backs, sometimes unfairly but ref seems to think not. Wells for TC seems most likely nexr sub.

Weimann (who has been anonymous) off for Sykes, TGH on for James.

Whatever Manning said at HT, seems to have had zero effect as we continue to struggle to put anything together.

A little flat but mostly in control. seems like that is the way we play now as we suss out the opposition. Need to get Tommy involved somehow. Sykes on for Weimann please.
Defo Sykes for Weimann. For me Weimann is a shadow of the player from 2 seasons ago, despite his well taken goal against Watford.

Shame that Pring unusually had a bit of a trampoline foot, so wasn't able to make much of that space then.
Still think when we are struggling to create much against a team sat-in, Yeboah's true pace and zest for taking defenders on, is more likely to result in something positive.
-
Can understand why he put AW on for Mehmeti, given Andi's good showing as a sub against Watford, but in hindsight Yeboah would have been a better option to actually cause their defence some problems. AW did little and his constant drifting inside nullified our attacking down the left.

Draw is about right. We haven't done enough for the 3 points. Not worst result or performance.
Yes agreed, too many players not quite on it tonight including unusually Pring. Weimann back to being anonymous after good showing at Watford.
-
In the first half most of our attacks were coming down the left, since Mehmeti taken off virtually nothing coming down the left, Weimann been poor.
-
Weimann just wide from inventive ball by Knight.

I'm feeling sorry for Sykes. Every ball that's fed to him comes at the pace of a high speed train and the accuracy of a blindfolded archery contest. He's got so much work to do just to control the ball it's no wonder he can't then do a lot with it.
As you say that another awful attempted pass by TGH to Sykes sails into touch..

Would like to see James on for TGH

Weimenn on for Mehmeti

Far too much dicking about with the ball at the back with Brum players pressing, accident waiting to happen.

Mehmeti has at least been involved, as we are predominantly coming forward down the left . His first miss was really poor, any decent contact on that header and it's a goal. His second headed miss then ironically sees him get too much contact and ends up over the bar. Has had a couple of attempted runs too, but so far each has ended up with him losing possession.
We need to get a better balance and try and feed Sykes more. At the back agree with others saying Max needs to mix it up and hit a few longer clearances instead of always playing it short, we have been close to giving the ball away near our own box too many times for my liking.

Brum will be right up for it tomorrow……we need to get the first goal and then the ground could start to turn on Rooney/the players.
I’m intrigued to see how we do tomorrow - this is the sort of game that City have a history of losing…..come on City, let’s keep the momentum going!

Exactly what I was thinking would be so annoyingly typical for us to lose to a bottom 6 side having beaten 3 play off contenders in a row!

Yep and probably with a bottom 6 budget too.
