  1. Bet you bought a red scarf didn't you? Probably wore it proudly over your red shirt.
  2. Tbf, read a lot of nice messages on Social Media today from Gasheads including that thread on Gaschat. Fair play to them.
  3. They've had away matches against Barnsley, Huddersfield and Villa. This is why they sound like such ******* idiots every time they mock our away support whilst also claiming theirs is amazing. No doubt they'll dispute these figures as they don't include all the Gas that, apparently, go in the home end (yeah, I don't believe it either )
  4. It's just banter...We'd do the same for Colin Daniel. Windass inflicted disappointment on us, Daniel inflicted the ultimate embarrassment on them. Id much rather be in our position than theirs even if they are doing quite well for a club who are only in their second season as a football league outfit. Hopefully when Deano allows himself to be fondled for an evening by sexually frustrated 'tote enders' as a Christmas treat for him and them he will have had the brains to put his prices up first.
  5. Hmm. I didn't know Arriva Cross Country trains now have a 'Drunk Pervert Coach' on their services? I suppose it keeps them out the way of normal people, Bravo Arriva XC.
  6. Yeah, I can't tell them apart. What time did you start drinking today?
  7. Laughable. If that was truly City's ambition then we achieved that goal decades ago. It's your lot that bang on every single season about "this time next year", and more recently, the cringeworthy "tick tock" and "we're coming for you". City have always been the Bristol club that have the ambition to try and get as high in the league as possible, all Gasheads want is to be one league position higher than City. You don't even make a secret of it you hypocritical ******* dumbos.
  8. Mental isn't it? Presumably he's referring to Abraham and Matthews? but conveniently ignoring the fact we bought Tomlin, O Neill, O Dowda and Magnusson whilst already having Flint, Smith, Bryan and Pack under contract. At least our owner puts his money where his mouth is year after year...I think that upsets the blue few who assured us he would be gone by now. Wrong again Gas morons.
  9. I don't even know where to start with this one?.... So many mistakes and so much hypocrisy in one post. **** off and cry somewhere else you whiney little bell end.
  10. I know that getting the chance to play us in the league again is the biggest ambition of most of your fans, which is sweet....it really is, but why do you believe that your club and the constant comical shit you trot out is anything other than a source of amusement to us? No offence to the decent Gasheads who post on here but it's ******* nonsense like this that you've posted that make us ridicule you even more. 'coming for us'.... You've been saying it for 15 years.
  11. If I remember rightly I think they did, although it is the only time they've been there in 30 years....just like this trip to Brammell Lane. Games against genuinely big clubs at big grounds will always draw out larger numbers of travelling supporters for clubs like the Gas who rarely get the chance to go to these venues. We're the same when Newcastle find themselves in the Chanpionship. Whilst both Sheffield teams are much bigger than us we have become used to playing at these grounds. Would the Gas take much more than 400 to Hillsborough early in the season on a Tuesday night if they'd played there 10 times in the last couple of decades? Doubt it very much.
  12. Thanks d1ckhead. Good luck in your desperate quest to take more to Sheffield. It's your first visit to Brammell Lane in 3 decades, I'm sure it'll be a sell out.
  13. Made it pretty clear in the summer he didn't want to be one of yours though didn't he? It must have been a relief after months of stalling by Taylor who was waiting to see if anyone else would come along that he finally gave up hope and settled for you....by 'you' I mean the Gas not Pompey.
  14. Interesting to see that over a week later Gasheads are still plucking imaginary totals out of the sky for our away following at Hillsborough. 307 is a new figure as far as I'm aware, they "GOTA" beat it. Not sure why they've got to beat it? it wouldn't prove anything, it's not like ST sales or average attendances. Presumably tiny 'victories' like this are the only thing that prevents some of them from shitting themselves with rage every day, remember how many of them were spanking the monkey after their 'invasion' of Nottingham last season? I almost pity them for feeling so inferior that it matters so much. Such a funny little club.
  15. I don't get their obsessesion with away crowds either. The amount they go on and on about it you just know that it hurts them that our away attendance averages have been higher than theirs every season for as long as I can remember....Even when we have a relegation threatened season compared to their promotion challenging season. They haven't played at Brammall Lane for 28 years. For any fans under the age of 40 this is likely to be their first visit to see Rovers at that ground. Unlike our fans who go to Hillsborough nearly every year. There was a cycle race somewhere in the country. You Gasheads know how hard this hits attendance figures...."do I go to watch the football or cycling? football? cycling?". Tough decision, as you know it can knock thousands of your gate. I won't accuse your fans of boycotting most of your home games for the last 40 years as everyone knows the reasons for your constant low attendances at home are just because your support is shit and more people in Bristol want to watch City....I'm just wondering why you have a sponsored silence at every home game these days?
  16. They did exactly the same thing a few years ago. To be fair there were other Gasheads who said they were appalled by it that time as well. Like last time some are saying it's an innocent chant "they didn't mean anything bad by it" because the blokes singing it were probably young and didn't know....which of course is bullshit, especially in this day and age of social media when people post videos on Facebook of the incident every year on the anniversary. Inside their tiny peanut brains they'll still claim that everyone adores them as some kind of national treasure.
  17. Apparently if Derby fail to score today they'll be the first club since 1882 to score only once in the opening 8 league fixtures of the season. What's the bets they'll be at least one up in the opening 10 minutes?
  18. Oh I don't doubt it mate...and to be fair I haven't seen the highlights of their game so maybe I was a bit premature to say that they seem to be struggling at the moment.
  19. Indeed, I'm hoping that the fine margins and bad luck (Paterson striking the post) that prevented us a win at the death on Saturday along with Tomlin's penalty tonight will galvanise the squad against a Derby side who are clearly not firing on all cylinders at the moment. Gutted tonight but nothing that should destroy our confidence for upcoming matches.
  20. Earlier in the year, around the time we were trying to sign Clough. Just imagine if they managed to get into the same division as us, or even one whole place above us in the league? **** me!
  21. Tell you what, you bizarre fantasist, next time your imaginary footballer mate tells you how obsessed we are....point him in the direction of Gaschat. I didn't even have to look hard either, the first topic on the page is about work starting on the UWE Stadium car park and its quickly become a conversation about us. 'Oh yes'.
  22. Funny you should say that because I've just had a Rovers player say to me that the Mem is like a morgue most of the time and its embarrassing that your fans are so obsessed with US that when asked where they want the club to be in the future they simply answer "above City"... Cant tell you who though, shhh, it's a secret!
