  1. Why don’t you go preach to them, most Gasheads I’ve seen posting on Social Media appear to feel exactly the same way about us.
  2. Ignoring the standard Gas bollocks about our fans gobbing all over the place, I presume he’s talking about the Amici Bar here? Sombody might want to correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t that incident started by Forest fans who legged it into the Amici Bar once they’d realised they’d bitten off more than they could chew and the City fans went after them? The Sag is trying to make it sound like we inexplicably target family gatherings on away trips? Sounds more like something they’d do tbh. Is that the City fans who were stopped by the Police on the way to Birmingham and were prevented from attending the game for no reason at all? Can’t the thick Sags see what might be slightly unfair about that? When did this happen? Unless by 2 reports he means Henbury Gas and his mate talking to the Copper when she paid him a visit? Why haven’t they been able to talk to the victim? HG originally claimed he knew him well. There were no reports made to either the club or the Police. Their constant desire to distort the facts is one of the many reasons we laugh at them. This thread wouldn’t exsist if they didn’t keep giving us the ammo to fire back at them. Hello Slagheads, thanks for visiting
  3. It’s worth remembering that at various times over the last 12 months their ‘ITKs’ have suggested various imminent takeovers from Chinese and American Consortiums to James Dyson, the G Tech Brummie and Peter Hargreaves. Hopefully it’ll turn out to be Nick Higgs.
  4. A new bloke to carry shoulder high down Gloucester Road the next time we concede a goal. Out of town bowl possibly back on the cards. Presumably this means they’re ‘comin fer us’ again? Let’s go straight over to Jakes dad, who’s sat in a car, to find out what a typical Gashead thinks about all of this...
  5. Well, at least one seat was definitely thrown because according to reports one of the belters accidentally launched it into the back of another Sags head.
  6. During the 2013/14 season when we spent Sept-March in the bottom 4 of L1 we didn’t have a single home attendance under 10,000 for a League match. That includes the particulary depressing period before Christmas under SOD when we managed a grand total of 2 wins in the first 5 months (home and away). The following season our capacity was restricted by the redevelopment of AG, however we were still selling the vast majority of available home tickets for most games, including many sell outs. 2015/16 season we again spent most of the season around the bottom 3 (as we did in 13/14). The capacity of AG was still restricted by the ongoing redevelopment. Despite playing in a building site and getting beaten most weeks we had the most ‘full’ ground in terms of % of tickets sold to stadium capacity in the Football League (not inc Prem). Since then we’ve averaged 19/20k in the new AG so I don’t know which season the Saghead is referring to.
  7. Oh...and under 8k home fans again today. Hilarious.
  8. Excuses excuses as per normal. What the slag obviously doesn’t realise is that after one of the worst seasons in my 30 years of watching City and the pathetic way we were relegated back to L1 under O Driscoll, we sold 8k STs...that’s after relegation. They got promoted to L1 on the back of 2 successful seasons and they only sold 5k STs. Our crowds fell to about 10k against the likes of Colchester and Shrewsbury when we were bottom of L1 without a League win in about 6 months but then you wouldn’t expect a Gashead to get his figures right. All the facts point to us being far more loyal than they are, despite the bullshit they spout. Using their ground as an excuse doesn’t wash I’m afraid especially when they claim that they’re the Leagues superfans who’d ‘watch from the pavement if Rovers were playing on the road’.
  9. 600 apparently. As they LOVE to compare away attendances with us we took 1269 the last time we played at Shrewsbury. Looks like their day trippers who went to QPR couldn’t be bothered today. **** knows why they think their away support is something special?
  10. JBFC II could be just pointing out that Rovers are miles behind us and the Rugby when it comes to support in Bristol. Personally I think that’s worth mentioning especially as the money from the higher attendances at the Gate for football and rugby go to our owners. In the meantime they bum around in the tent city they nicked without a pot to piss in.
  11. I bet Port Vale don’t give Stoke City as many ‘gifts’ as the slags give us on a regular basis. If they’re not erecting a new tent or getting mugged off by the owners, their small band of deluded supporters are comparing themselves to some of England’s biggest clubs. The fickle idiots can’t even manage to scrape 8k home fans for a L1 match after they’ve spent most of the last 20 years in the basement. ....and they say we’ve got delusions of grandeur?
  12. You might have to crop out my Stadium comparison on the left but the image on the right was around social media at the time the Al Qadis took over. They really don’t help themselves, do they?
  13. Yeah, and they had 3 times more fans than us at Molineux last year as well....although on this occasion someone is clearly struggling with basic maths and possibly English. Still, it’s amazing what cheap tickets, higher League opposition and the novelty value of a ground you haven’t visited for 4 decades will do for your travelling support. I wonder if they’ll take that many fans to grounds they visit every year in the League, like Gillingham or Bradford for example?.... Was their game available on Sky like ours was?
  14. Haha, that’s pathetic. Under 8000 in L1 again, thought they said they had fantastic support? Ive already seen them on Facebook crowing about selling more than us for QPR. Funny how they make an effort when it’s a cup tie at a ground they haven’t visited for 40 years but they can’t be bothered to get out of their armchairs when they’re at home in the League? Really poor support.
  15. No Adam, trust me, being a City fan is brilliant. Proud club, over a century of League football, 20k+ attendances, great owner who puts his money where his mouth is, still play in our spiritual home in a stadium to be proud of and local ‘rivals’ who constantly make fools of themselves giving us plenty to laugh at. Now go and sit in one of your funny little tents you berk.
  16. Yeah right Pompey fans were on Twitter accusing Rovers of piping crowd noise through the PA system when they played them back at the start of the year. Deluded idiots. As I’ve mentioned before, I lived near the Mem for a while and you couldn’t hear them on matchdays.
  17. Haha, you’ve got them down to a tee. All cocky and smug on Saturday night, giving it the big one because they scraped past Wycombe whilst our injury hit side lost to Middlesbrough. A few days later it’s a different story. This. I bet a few shat themselves in rage as well. Shameful for a L1 home match and further demonstrates that their support is actually pretty poor for club in a City the size of Bristol, despite what they claim. Might be worth reminding them of this when they inevitably start bragging about taking more fans to QPR next week for their big Cup Final.
  18. Yeah, here we go again... QPR, another ground we visit practically every season. According to the Internet Rovers haven’t been there for 38 years. They’ll sell out their Cup Final, make some noise for once, then gloat that they take twice as many away as ‘da shit’...but they’ll obviously ignore the fact that for bread and butter away matches in the League they don’t make anywhere near the same effort.
  19. Look at them all sat around watching it. I bet that wasn’t even at half time...there was probably a game going on outside but they’re all too busy sat there dribbling and perving at tits on the telly The gift...
  20. Poor timid Sagheads. No wonder they’re happy with a few tents for ground improvements. God knows how they’d cope with an entire new stadium?
  21. “the uncertainty of the new turnstile system” **** me they don’t take much persuading to stay in the pub do they? No wonder the sensible members of the Al Qadi family realise they don’t need a new ground.
