  1. Maybe the posters who thought he was next The Messiah and that he should be starting ahead of Martin will pipe down a bit now.
  2. I didn't see the incident clearly at the time even though I was in a fairly good position to (see various posts over the years relating to my less than stellar vision, especially for night games). I assumed (making me an ass) that it could have been a bit of a dive by Scott. But by God, that's basically an off the scale nailed on penalty.
  3. I was listening live this morning whilst walking over the Suspension Bridge in the rain. Luckily for me I'm a little less pessimistic than Ian Gray
  4. Nketiah, tell me whats wrong Do you want to start on Sunday?
  5. What I want to know is how we move on @Hampshire reds in the transfer window, and why @GrahamC isn't making proper use of the ignore button
  6. He seemed to be walking off before the ref got a card out and I couldn't see him look back to take the cards. Maybe the ref told him he was off.
  7. They dont fanny around waving their flags nowadays - they are miked and talk to the ref directly. It would be impossible for me to see whether they discuss dubious decisions freom where I sit (my vision if less than perfect (hell, I'd make a good ref)).
  8. He could be both (or neither according to my legal counsel, but what do they know).
  9. Ha, yeah.We could quote bookies odds and you'd still be laughing this time next year. I'd imagine true odds to be between 15-1 and 20-1.
  10. I think the main issue was that there was no-one challenging the scorer. You connect with those and the keeper will usually be in no mans land.
  11. That wouldn't be a conclusion though, it would be an accusation. Be careful, we don't want the Welsh FA storming the Tobacco Factory and sabotaging the otib server.
  12. It is listed under clause 17 of city's rules here https://www.bcfc.co.uk/media/64171/agl_2122_covid19_rules-6.pdf as a valid proof of vaccination. That's not to say they know what they're doing at the Gate, and as has been mentioned the passport QR code validation was next to useless against Huddersfield. I'd stick a copy of the pdf on your phone just in case ...
  13. Obviously does not want to be in @Mr Popodopolous's gang.
  14. I wonder what Richard Gould has in store for season ticket (sorry 'card') renewal prices? I'm about the limit of what I'm willing to pay to watch a competent Championship team (and we're not that). My money's on a 30% increase: "thanks for sticking with us, but we're twisting."
  15. I think he was last see somewhere around here
  16. They were 'in the judges opinion' weren't they, so it probably didn't really matter where the ball was, especially if the judge was boss-eyed.
  17. We've been saying that for a good few years now, but it already has hasn't it? Except for some reason no-one is admitting it: Instead they're all 'lets all vote against wage caps' - lets not try to contol talent costs. They've wished all this on themselves.
  18. Well said, and my thoughts exactly.
  19. Bath gave home advantage up to make mo money.
  20. Yep, I think you could be right. He'd more likely be there and had a somewhat gangly profile.
  21. Steve Neville no 11? To the left of him, er, Alan Walsh (although I'm not sure you'd ever see him there, so maybe not ...)
  22. I tried loging on but I am lacking an accustic modem for my Dragon 32. PS Nice to see the bbc still showing our game is on.
  23. To be fair that's still as true now as it was then.
  24. Well they decided not to postpone fixtures earlier, so they don't really seem to want a break. But I agree they might end up with one anyway.
