I didn't see the incident clearly at the time even though I was in a fairly good position to (see various posts over the years relating to my less than stellar vision, especially for night games). They dont fanny around waving their flags nowadays - they are miked and talk to the ref directly. It would be impossible for me to see whether they discuss dubious decisions freom where I sit (my vision if less than perfect (hell, I'd make a good ref)).

I think the main issue was that there was no-one challenging the scorer. You connect with those and the keeper will usually be in no mans land.
