Well it’s not really the same as saying we have a top 6 squad is it. Majority of teams in this division would say they have a chance of being in the promotion race.

We may find the new Alex Scott but we won’t know until they get an opportunity in the first team. That’s something that Mr Pearson was very good at it. Hopefully Liam will be the same.

I the case of Scotty Murray, he is clearly a 'fun' and popular member of staff who also does much charitable work.

However, as he is probably mixing with the players a lot and influencing them, we don't really want that 'fun' to be too over the top and seen as the norm.
