for many years now i have started to worry what the hell we do in training, season after season so many players injured. Back in the 80s 90s this just did not happen and remember thats when you could make a crunch tackle.

i thought we matched them last night and should have got a point.

1 problem i think we have is we are very slow to cross the ball in great positions opting for a pass backwards instead, also when we do cross it we never whip it in with pace and in  the danger area.

could it be chester as im sure i went there and stood on a grass bank as a young un

the problem is chaps the younger generation love the youtubers and the so called boxing bouts we get served up now.

had it on at are club saturday and was packed spoke to some of the young lads they did not have a clue who hagler duran hearns and sugar ray was, so i thought i would give it another go with benn watson eubank collins,lets just say i gave up after that.

and the worse thing for me they caught me out on being a massive tyson fury fan and his next fight little buggers

back in the day I could name and recognise a fair few of em , how things have changed 

yes luke is a forest of dean lad had a great chance to sign for us in his younger years but choose derby one thing i know he regrets.they are a big football family one brothers at weston one i think is still at glos city and the other plays for broadwell in the county league

the sad thing about this is luke thomas has got rid of many of his demons from the past and is playing some of his best football and the gasheads love him.i was talking to his brother last week and it seems like this was coming.lukes best mate plays for me so hopefully at training on Wednesday i may be able to get some good gossip. 

the sad thing half way through is there fellow millwall dads with there kids having to leave due to zeberdee being let out for the day

confidence is key as anyone that has played football will know, mehmeti will come good as will sam bell

young players need the fans and the management team  behind them to boost there confidence

the problem with some not all are fans we like to shoot a young player down to quick 

lets be honest here all are players look bang on average and are under performing

after being a project manager for 20 years i always had a saying

you re only as good as the men and women that work for you so treat them all with compassion and respect and give them as much guidance and help you can.

the problem now is top bosses dont like it they would rather you be a asshole with a whipping stick,hence after some great years working in my job with some great people a change of top brass who had no compassion or respect  was followed by me telling them to shove the job where the sun dont shine.
