  1. agree stortz the undercard is bloody shocking. Also something don't sit right with me as there seems to be to much respect for each other. Well dillion will always have a punchers chance, Tyson should put him to bed by the 5th.

I'm amazed you're interested in watching Isaac Lowe tbh, he could put a glass eye to sleep. He's a terrible boxer who's only on the card because he's from Morecombe and mates with Tyson.

It's such an insultingly bad undercard. Surely Frank could have got Dubois or Yarde out on it to showcase them a bit? I love boxing, but no way am I paying £25 to watch on principle, there'll be far better fights than that shower of shit in the crowd.

It's a shame the promotion has varied from non existent to shambolic, this is the sort of fight the whole country should be talking about. It seems strange to say about an event that's apparently sold 94k tickets, but it all feels like a bit of a missed opportunity to me. Let's hope the main can make up for it.

  2.  I  remember my uncles mini with a few bricks on the roof.im sure they caused havac in the black horse pub,a few stanley blades were found which i guess was not for trimming the wallpaper.

Not easy to articulate, just a combo of things that might all add up.

I think SL will react, they’ll have a disagreement and Nige will tell him some more home truths and tell him “I’m off, I don’t need this shit”.  He’ll leave honourably, with no pay off and enjoy his health.

And it would not surprise me if Lee Johnson takes us into next season.

blimey dave i just spat me cuppa out

i think the problem is we go for managers that i dont think we relate to or they dont relate to us.i wanted to see big nige do well but i feel he just looks like a man going through the motions.due to his health concerns i think he would do a better job upstairs with a younger up and coming man underneath.i will stick my neck out here as i have before a man i would love to see given a chance is garth awinsworth.

i know people will ask why so my reasons would be 1-works on a shoestring budget if not no budget 2-seems to find some gems out of lower league levels 3-gets the best out of all his players 4- very good with tactics and 5 most important just seems a great bloke and brims with confidence which i always feels rubs off on even the most negative of fans.oh forgot and we could also set a trend of showing are big hairy chests

    please exscuse my spelling

He’s not asking for sympathy because of his mixed heritage. He is asking for a broader BAME representation in the curriculum so that children have a greater understanding of their identities.

How is this petition for positive social change in any way linked to mistakes he’s made (and acknowledged) in the past?

I fail to understand why you have been affronted by such a sensible request. Why is this?

i am going to take on board what you have said and also listen to dave l links he sent, maybe i missed something or read it wrong

You’ve completely missed the point of his letter, and come across as an idiot in the process. Your username is apt. Congratulations on that.

hi would you like to let me know what point i have missed sir

  7. tin hat on

bit rich i think coming from a violent man and former football thug, but lets feel sorry for him because he's neither  black or white and once again join the anti racist bandwagon.i would say the teacher that told him he would be dead in his 20,s was thinking about all the trouble he got into nothing to do with being black, brown tan or white but once again lets twist it into a racist remark.

Troy Deeney and Brennan were more serious than the other defendants.

In the 30-second video clip, the pair could be seen kicking out at the "defenceless" students, one of whom received repeated blows to the head as he lay injured on the ground.

i know this wont go down well but facts are facts.

Tongue firmly in cheek.   I am personally on the fence with regard to NP ( I will NEVER call him Nige...)  I think we should have given him a shorter contract, instead of 3 years, another SL mistake IMHO.   He has brought through young players, but mainly due to necessity, not planning?              He has been unlucky with injuries (But there are plenty of other clubs similarly penalised)  My main issues, are his recruitment over the summer and his complete inability to organise a defensive unit?..............Sorry I will shut up now.

    very well put sir

Your posts suggest you have missed the point. Pitch invasion is not allowed by non-playing humans. Parents should therefore not allow their kids to do it.

ted the point im trying to make is a parent is not bad for thinking they are doing the right thing for there child. Yes i know its wrong but i can also understand that a parent is hoping to make there child's day.

  13. 5 minutes ago, UREDS_91 said:

The point is, there are rules and laws. You can't allow your child to break those rules or laws otherwise what example are you setting? My child wouldn't run onto the pitch, as I respect the rules and wouldn't dream of letting them run onto the field of play especially to beg for a kit.

Hence there would be no requirement to tell them off...

as i said i would not let my grandkids go on the pitch but my point is one parent thinks if there child can get a shirt he would be so happy so they may think its a risk to take to see there child with a big smile, that does not make them shitty parents as above.

  14. 2 minutes ago, UREDS_91 said:

    Small print reads.

"Unless you think its ok for your child to break this rule, then that's your choice and its perfectly fine. You're a great parent regardless"

never claimed to be a great parent as im sure all parents have there ups and downs. Get things right and get things wrong. But im not going to call parents shitty as above just because i dont agree.

So If I thought that my child stealing and sending him into Asda to appropriate some clothing was the correct thing to do, this wouldn't make me a bad parent?

Thought not... What a moronic statement.

not really no parent is perfect and what's stealing got to do with a young one asking for a shirt of his hero.oh and of course when the parents let there child run on the pitch i bet you and chippy red go and tell them off.i dont think so

Good grief. It’s not their choice. It’s literally not offered as a choice. It’s crap parenting that ends up creating entitled brats.

seems like a big bit of jealously going on here and you sound like a teacher thats just been sacked?

I’m quite happy to criticise parents who make bad decisions that create inequality between their entitled offspring and the rest of us doing the right thing.

would i let my kids or grandkids go on the pitch no.but if other people feel they would then fair play to them that's there choice but it does not make them bad parents for thinking its the right thing for there child.

Here’s that tweet - it’s still there - and I completely agree with you. Without a doubt Bentley has sent a message there that it’s OK for kids to run onto the pitch - and sure enough it happened in greater numbers last night.

My boy plays in goal, Bentley is one of his heroes, and he would love his shirt. But absolutely no way would I allow him to run onto the pitch, breaking the rules, and then beg for something he has no right to expect. End result: the entitled kid with the shitty parent cries and gets a shirt, my boy gets nothing. Needs to stop ASAP.

each to there own, agree to disagree but lets not go down a route of slagging children's  parents off.
