No tents .
No crowd either! Presumably some one got there early and took a photo? Or are the ticket prices keeping people away?

In the EP Wally seems to think the stadium finance is in place. Is this really true or a tale from Arabian Nights?

First 20/30 minutes, first home game in Championship, bound to be pressing hard.

Now brewed in Burton.
Not the draught! Stop drinking bottles and get down the pub or buy a polypin.

So they can't put a tent up, but we can put up a multi million pound stand?

SOUTH WEST
TENTSTAND UPDATEPUBLISHED
12:30 3rd August 2016
We have received a number of calls today from supporters hoping to purchase tickets for the newly erected South WestTentStand.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we regret that we aren’t at present, able to sell tickets for that area of the ground.
Once we are able to sell tickets, we will advise supporters accordingly.
Read more at http://www.bristolrovers.co.uk//news/article/2016-17/south-west-stand-update-3222526.aspxThis is for real isn't it, before I go shooting my mouth off everywhere?
Couldn't be funnier if true with us getting our safety certificate. It must be true, so funny.

Chicken wings were flying everywhere, it was carnage.
I threw various bits of chicken back at them. They just grabbed the breasts.

Dissagree .. without sounding pompous or anything like that .. we never seen you on the Tote End and when we did it was all over .. and I am old enough to remember. . And we held a few parties in The East End .. The 70s and 80s were good times for the Gas .. then you got your act together. . Again I'm no hooligan but was around then .. We even joined up with you lot on a fair few occasions. . We'd be met by your lot and escorted into The East End by your lot .. Yep .. unbelievable but true .. Millwall .. Man Utd .. Those 2 games back in the day were attended by us .. plus a few times against you in the Gloucester Cup .. so when I hear these stories about City back in the day about taking the Tote End I always sigh ..
Here we go again.................

Why are Dribuild the shirt sponsors if they didn't win the raffle?

Hasn't Phil got lovely knees? Although, in all fairness, he could be wearing tights.
Looks like he is sitting on the bog with the page of autographs on his knee. What could he be doing?

Yep the reason being he costs bugger all.
To be fair our two main signings have been frees, so what is the difference?
Oh yeah, I remember. One was at the heart of the midfield of the team that won the L1 play off and the other played in the Premier League last year.
