  1. Booking Jonathan Kodjia (Bristol City) is shown the yellow card for excessive celebration. What a load of poop.
  2. Starting to sound like we are now under increasing pressure in truth, but whilst there is life and all that.
  3. You suggesting I should wait for facts before an impulsive post? Good luck to the lad anyway.
  4. Have to say that is bordering on bizairre. Good to see his get a go, but we are in the game, and Fielding is hardly the one that needs a rest...unless it is a knock I suppose. Edit, reported as due to an injury. What a time for the young lad to get on!
  5. HT. Good effort that. As it has gone on W Brom have sounded more on top, but we always seem to be able to dig out a half chance. Fully expect they will find some quality or two in the second half to beat us, but must not grumble!
  6. It is in fairness much as we would expect, but still managing to carve out the odd shot ourself. Doing ok.
  7. Started it sounded pretty well, giving as good as we get. Maybe W Brom just getting on top last five of so.
  8. Great effort at least by the fans. https://mobile.twitter.com/AdamBakerBCFC
  9. I agree, although increasingly thinking here for 'club' read 'Cotts'. It is almost as if he is trying to make a point...
  10. Fair point about at least acknowledging the big away following with the strongest team. Only defence I can see. Yep, get the point about the Academy, but where is the harm in letting somebody soak up a first team match atmosphere.
  11. We 'threw' a league game against Derby to rest players, but are not prepared to give any of the bench a start when it really makes no difference, with a huge game on Tuesday. I will be honest, it just makes no sense to me.
  12. I do apologise. I really did not mean it like that. I would have very happily given them a run out today, I really do not see what the downside is. I can see I could have put it better, but I was referring to not being able to fill the bench. Let's hope some at least get a go before the 88th minute!
  13. Bristol City XI: Fielding, Little, Ayling, Flint, Baker, Bryan, Smith, Pack, Freeman, Wilbraham, Kodjia. Subs. O'Leary, Williams, Wagstaff, Reid, Agard, Burns. That bench just brings it home.
  14. Thought to be honest Wilbs might have got a rest for Tuesday, but onwards and upwards.
  15. From BBC Smallest squad of the day? West Brom v Bristol City (15:00) More than 5,000 Bristol City fans will be at West Brom this afternoon and they will be wondering whether their team can name a full squad. The Championship strugglers have only 17 players in their squad and, with three injury doubts, the Robins could potentially only name three subs. Surely they can grab some youngsters from somewhere? Indeed!
  16. At least there is hope that next year the biggest City in England without a Premier League side will be Birmingham!
  17. Ok, late goal and all that, but sounded like we were always getting a '0'. How many times was Kodjia caught offside? What the heck can Burns do coming on at 92 mins? With the late Preston goal, as it turned out one point would have taken us up a place. Ten points behind Preston, no excuse for that.
  18. Huddersfield 1 Bolton 0 Those just above us in danger of all winning two in a row.
  19. Not been great sounding, but will take 0-0 at half time. Our best chance was in the first thirty seconds, and that is pretty much it. Reading sounded more likely, but not by much. Still in it I suppose, although we do seem to have become a first half term recently, so let's see what happens. Other results not great, and if I am reading it right, not a single home goal in the first half in the Championship.
