Well, even if we get stuffed tonight, I can reassure myself we essentially swapped Baldock for Kodiji. Don't get me wrong, huge fan of Sam when he was here, model professional, but no doubt in my mind who is the better player.

We win a game, and we seem almost absurdly over confident about a result here. They are top by four points, unbeaten all season. They must have something about them. A draw would be a fantastic result. Hopefully the players lose their nerves and share our confidence today!

True enough, but the bit I do not get is if Cotts sees that role as absolutely crucial, why no player in to at least provide cover for it? We are off with the fairies if we think he can play fifty times a season for 90 mins, however willing his heart is.

Important win. One win, three draws and one defeat in last five, and in fairness much closer to winning than losing in all those three. Yes, Forest had lots of changes which showed early on, yes, a lot closer in second half, but brought it home. Wilbs it seems will play ninety however knackered, and shout out to Fielding who made a couple of really good saves at important times. Two tough away games now, but heck yes, that feels better.

Last ten minutes much better for Forest. Maybe some nerves about seeing it to half time, which they did. Perfect start for us, need to keep up the energy levels in the second half. Expecting it all to go wrong, but hopefully today is the day it doesn't!

That is the most worrying bit for me. Yes, the summer was useless, but this exact team would have done them last year. MK are not really stronger than last year having lost some key players.

Think if we had played well second half, and they had equalised, would still have been really disappointed, but second home game in a row we sounded really poor, this game second half.

O dear. Was listening on MK radio, but sounds like they deserves it. Early goal at home against a team low in confidence, simply have to push on from there. Sounded like we did not come out in the second half. Can only put it down to the nerves now we are at the bottom.
