Sunderland seems to be the rumour.

Is it just me or are Ipswich not really that good?
Just like against us, they seem to have a habit of making progressive subs that really impact the match.

Ipswich would take a point.
Just about to agree, then they score!

1-1. Hadji Wright.
Great assist from Palmer.
Did well, but goalie’s got to stop that.

Cannot argue but Coventry have given it a good go tonight.

That was poor goalkeeping should be out to clear that.
Real always look like they are being outplayed, just seem to hang in there…then boom.

Wes Burns did well on that one, outpacing Jay.

It would be interesting to know since our joint promotion, how much in net spend us and Preston have made to achieve pretty much the same. They always seem to at the very least match us on less spend.

2-2. In my view the worst result for Plymouth. Norwich (playing Bham) will be as good as there, whereas Hull (at Plymouth) must win to have a chance. Fancy the pilgrims will now be cheering for ‘anyone’.
Hull winner and suddenly WBA are 6th purely on gd.

Which settles the playoffs if it sticks.
No way Hull make up more than 10 GD on WBA.
Important one for both Plymouth and Birmingham this one I think. Plymouth home to Hull and Birmingham to Norwich. Hull win, and Norwich need a win last day to be sure, and Hull have to win to have a chance. Hull lose, and Norwich and Hull and pretty much neither have anything to play for. Think if I was a Plymouth fan I would rarher Hull win this, and Norwich then do Birmingham.

Minor observation, we will finish the season in the top half.

Huddersfield (as good) as down. Looks to be between Birmingham and Plymouth. Would need both to win to drag Sheff Wed back in to it.
Can we finally flush them Bham down the bowl?

QPR aren't relegation threatened, and weren't last night either.
And even if they were, it just shows what I mean. Leeds were embarrassed last night losing a game that they really shouldn't have, equally we can be happy with this scoreline, but it is what should be expected. 2-0 v Rotherham is par. We've still delivered the goods, done our job, and done it fairly easily. But it's still just what we should expect.
Entirely agree they are poor. If I am splitting hairs, they concede about 2, but also score about 0.75 a match. So winning by 2 is above average.
But yes. Job done (so far).

Wed now three up…and still not safe as things stand.
Is anyone in the POs actually in form?

Good point. Worth remembering just how poor Rotherham are.
For sure. Can only beat what is in front of you of course and we deserve to be ahead.

Just for context. 2 is (rounded from 1.93) the average number of goals conceded by Rotherham this season.
Par.
So far…

I prefer to believe that our Gary has had a mare there TBH!
Yep, it would need a lot of infrastructure put in place, live feeds to VAR teams etc. Would need a lot of planning.

I mean, it’s alright? No more than that. At my one look a somewhat soft penalty, but we have created a bit more and deserve just to be ahead. What we all expected pretty much. TC getting in good positions, but not looking sharp with the finishing.

Birmingham one up. Boo!
