No seats at the bar? Suppose it is 8,30. Take a stroll around Fatface or look at some watches. Always something to do at Gatwick.

I hope plans are being drawn up to give Rotherham a small section of the away end over by the Lansdown, so we can give at least half the Atyeo to City fans.
Last games of the season are usually popular so we have a real opportunity to increase the attendance due to a very small away support.
Boring airports aren't they?

Yes no coins or vapes. Last time it was power packs too. They did ask me if I had a power pack (I did)
That's weird. Do they take all the Rothmans too? Or does a vape have some purpose as a weapon I'm unaware of?

Any time between now and 26th April if they want me to renew my ST's

Fair play, can't fault that, either team could've won that. Seeing where we currently are, .can't grumble.
On to the next one.
Yup but as usual the other team did. We must be cursed.

Clearly got the ball first as the replays showed.
But you can't gamble on those challenges in the box any more.

Luckily we've got him at centre back rather than working on Fermat's Last Theroem then
I considered looking that up, and then concluded you already had, possibly making you marginally more resourseful than Vyner but possibly no more intelligent.

Vyner is a simpleton. Good footballer , no brain.

Going to AG is an important part of my lifestyle that’s been in place for several decades and I plan to carry on in the same fashion.
For as long as I’m able I’d never stop attending regardless of what level City are playing at.
I know that, You say it a lot. And that's great assuming you enjoy it. Guessing for you it's not really about the football.

No point if you’re a SC holders - the club have your money already.
That's not entirely true, empty seats make a visible impact. I'm a season ticket holder and haven't been going for a while. Not a protest, haven't even got better things to do necessarily. Just can't be bothered .

and yet here we are with one of the best set-ups outside of the Premier League
And it's likely to remain that way for the foreseeable future.

I don't think Tinnion's going anywhere. I suspect the Lansdowns are currently negotiating with Netflix, and Tinnion's their trump card. Comedy gold.

Bloke behind me left with 10 minutes to go. Best 10 minutes of the season so far.

Whenever a decision of this magnitude needs to be made on the forum, I would expect any self respecting Mod to write to me individually, obviously enclosing a stamped , addressed envelope for my reply. I am understandably furious that this has failed to happen.
And in case they were interested my reply would be , I don't give a shit.
They do a great job, leave them alone ffs

I record data of the result at the time a player enters the pitch and when they leave. So a player coming on at 0-0 and us winning 1-0 gets 2 points, because he’s been part of the team that has changed the game from 0-0 (draw 1 point) to 1-0 (win 3 pts), therefore he’s helped gain the team 2 extra points.
As it stands the two most influential players based on this are:
Nahki Wells + 0.55 points per 90
Kal Naismith + 0.54 points per 90
TGH + 0.41 points per 90
Ah, thanks Dave. Obviously I nicked that from one of your posts then. And I was wrong. Just.
-
Isn’t it statistically Naismith?
I personally have no evidence to back this up, but vaguely remember it from somewhere

Depends what they are singing, "stick your tractors up your arse" seemed to be the favourite of the evening. I would say that's slightly inflammatory.
It almost certainly would be.

True. Call me old fashioned though, but I will always go for those honest pros who’ll stumble to stay on their feet after being clattered, rather than go down like they’ve been shot.
It may give your team an advantage to go down, but the line between gamesmanship and downright cheating has all but disappeared.
If Tommy had missed the opportunity, I may have thought differently, but as it stands, he’s only gone up in my estimation for his honesty and drive to get the ball in the back of the net.
Problem is, when did you last see a penalty given when the player didn't go down? If you're fouled and don't go down in the box nothing is given. Totally different outside the box. The referees are their own worse enemy. Moan about players diving but then force them to do so.

I've still got a pair of Umbro Special League boots that I bought in the late 80's, that sit in a bag under the stairs complete with shinpads, socks and shorts, 'just in case'. I'm 63 this year

Will this new period in our history include a shot on target?
Have to confess, if I was the manager I'd instruct them to try a few speculative/pointless shots from 40yds just to improves the stats.

Were they sat in front of the royal box?
Nope, stuck them in E34 along from me to experience the atmosphere. That worked well.

Well I brought my daughter and her husband who were over from New York to the game today, and they found it very entertaining.
Apparently the people sat behind them were really funny .

Expected to lose tonight, think we're rose colouring the first half, few good chances but Southampton largely controlled the game. What concerned me was the subs. Saturday he got it right. Cornick great for running down a game. But Cornick/Weimann when we're chasing it? We were looking at half chances at best and Conway/Bell/Sykes are always more likely to finish one of those.

My dentist is a Stoke fan and he knows I'm City. I'm scared enough of dentists as it is.
