Sounds like your meetings are as interesting as mine
Luckily it was on Teams so no one can see me!

Sorted. Used my phone rather than my laptop. Weird.

Anyone having trouble buying these? I have 5 tickets in my basket and no matter which card I use I get an error. Can't call anyone yet as I'm in a meeting!

"Let's call it right. Bristol City had about everything go their way. The unpunished red card offences across both games. The soft red for us. Playing us with half of our team away/injured.
That is the absolute best they can play, and even then it needed a gift of a goal to win it. We had more than enough chances to bury them across both matches, we just didn't take our chances.
That's the FA Cup for you. They really, really wanted it and played out of their skins. We didn't and weren't at our best. They just about shaded the tie."
Soft red?? He kicked williams in the bollocks.

Absolutely this. Massive credit to Tommy and he got his just rewards for staying on his feet.
So refreshing to see some honesty in football, rather than the cheating b*starts who hit the deck without even being touched.
How many times have we heard the comment “there was contact, so he was entitled to go down”. That one incident last night gave me flashbacks to the old days when there was far more honesty on football.
Well done Tommy!!!
But if he'd gone down maybe Fabianski might have been sent off.

He's got a few tbf, but FORWAAARD is his favourite.
You'd think Tins would be sitting somewhere else really.

Missed this post. The distribution will be significantly differing to route one. If the keeper cant sweep, they cant play in the unit in and out of possession, and the team can't play.
If your team is pushing up high, and as good a competent pro Fielding was he didn't not possess that dominant skill set to sweep outside the box, or join in resetting possession and being an outfield option.
Confident and dominant are also psychological qualities in possession.
As amply demonstrated against Wolves.

I am liking that I went for the next pitch and you went for the next county. I’d like to see other forum users continue the pattern on this thread and see how far away from onside we can get Tommy to be by the end of it.
He was so far offside NASA was asking if he needed a space suit.

One of the things I like about Max's shot stopping is that he's very aware of making sure the ball is safe. Bentley had the habit of putting it to the feet of an opposition player.

Loads of comments on how we roughed them up. Not sure about that, we competed well aerially with them but there was only one bad challenge- Conways was a bit naughty backing into their guy who was already in the air
Which is what he should've done against Millwall - he was bullied in that game - maybe he learnt something from it.

They are different managers with different personalities, attributes, abilities and approaches
It is probably the case that Manning could not have managed what NP was asked to do, and achieved, over the last two and a half years.
it could well be the case that NP could not have managed what Manning will go on to achieve in the next couple of seasons.
That's how I see it too (and hope), similar to Leicester - NP created the culture and bought the players, Ranieri won the trophy. Could Ranieri have created what NP did and could Pearson have delivered the Premier League title. We'll never know.
