  1. Bit early I know but does anyone know if there’s a city gig this year in Weston , I’ve attended everyone so far and have to say they get larger support year upon year - great day out and chance to meet up with mates and chat about new season ahead

Again. Your confusing BCFC with a club that gives a shit for it's fans.

    They just want your money

Help me out Frenchay these knobs want everything with city wrote on but there is a massive market-for City badges the size of Fred Perry or stone island

  3. Look we want clobber when we’re out with Mrs to look smart but we want to be recognised as city fans but we want it smart ie check shirts with a small crest on pocket - look at what people are wearing and it ain’t baggy hoodies with Bristol City wrote down arms

  4. It’s about time someone took hold of shop designs and gave the fans what they want , casual wear is going to sell better than tops with BRISTOL CITY emblazed across them . Fans these days prefer small club badges on coloured TShirts other than red , nice pastel shades + plus cargo shorts with small robin on left leg come on city give us some clobber we can wear , ie nice short sleeve shirt with small robin on pocket that’s all we need these items would sell far better than a top with Bristol City wrote up the arm x

  5. I think the club would be happy with a 17500 season ticket cap , of course should the unthinkable happen then the request for season tickets would be so , that seats just wouldn’t be available and it would be prioritised to season ticket holders hence the increased growth in holders BUT I’ve been told 17500 is the figure and by end of this season we MIGHT not be far off that , then it’s a bum fight !

How is any reduction in ticket sales “gone very well”? This is a football club. It’s not like buying tickets for something where there are multiple options that can impact sales. If numbers are down, it’s because people either aren’t happy or have been priced out of going. Neither is a good thing.

Long way to go of course. General sale might be booming and good luck to anyone wanting to invest. Just find that particular comment strange.

There is no reduction in ticket sales in fact it UP. 2000 on this time last year , for every person who doesn’t renew there’s a new fan in the wings

I’m confused, how can the south stand be “sold out” if they aren’t letting anyone buy STs there?!

Because it was sold out last season and any available could be gone due to seat moves

I’m sure the “over 8000” isn’t the final number for all the reasons you suggest.  Although a week ago you yourself said it was 12000.  But we’ll pretend you never posted that, eh? 🤣🤣🤣

Oh yes I did I was told it was estimated they’d be around that figure and so what

So, as of last week, over 8,000 STs sold

(FBC pod the source / Gavin Marshall)

After the seat movers are included it’ll be about 10000 before general sale then a steady trickle over the summer plus half season tickets at Christmas will see us close to 15000 of this season COYR

    You wouldn't, I would!

I'm fed up to the back teeth of being served up mediocre crap performances when the chips are down.

These last few games when there is no pressure and Mr boring has reverted to the previous managers way of playing proves nothing

For next season, yes I have given up

    Tat tah then

I assume you realise we have been doing exactly this for years?

Have a look at the sales for the Leicester game where extra sections (not just corporate) became available

    Do they want to move?

Where are those extra supporters coming from?

Why would we have been doing it for years our crowds have never been near to sell outs before ?

I don't want to appear to be negative here, but like previously mentioned you are only counting the tickets currently available for sale

As the Leicester fixture demonstrated there are hundreds more tickets that could be released if demand dictated and if sales are that high we'll see being released shortly.

You mention kids for £1, we're already doing that offer that day

The other point if an area of the Atyeo is sold cheaper, we'd have to not only offer the same price to Rotherham but also we'd have to match it in the South Stand

On a completely different note, it's interesting to see demand as high as this for a complete dead rubber of a game and also that so many people consistently say "Manning ball" is so boring etc

The only tickets available other than on our site are the complimentary tickets that don’t get taken up at last minute and restricted views , Bristol City do not hold batches of tickets back WHY WOULD THEY

But as we do with every game we haven't released all tickets yet

Also the number you quoted is about normal so no massive demand

About 850 city match tickets left for this game PLUS one empty away end

One question around this and the suggestions around the away fans being given a section of the Lansdown, how do we segregate the away fans from the home fans obviously there's a massive concourse that goes round the whole of the Lansdown to the dolman ? (Sorry if its been missed )

Just push the away fans into top left corner of away end looking at it and allow kids in from dolman end of ground ( right ) and a bit of netting around Rotherham fans -not hard
