Stoney Garnett RIP.....you will truly be missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to meet you throughout your life. Bristol City just won't be the same without your presence and your smiley face under that iconic red hat. Surely some tribute is due by the club and supporters?

It quite literally means nothing......there have been so many instances of teams having outstanding pre season results, and then failing miserably when contesting real points in league games....with the opposite also being true......a lousy pre season, but excellent league results. It is all about getting up to speed and fitness. However our defensive record in friendlies seems to indicate that we have improved on last season? But we shall see if it is an indicator or a fact very soon?

Great idea............we should have our own pre season predictions? Posters to watch this season - Young up and coming posters emerging from the Academy - Likely top three posters over the forthcoming season - Potential Play Off Posters - Relegation candidates - and finally, posters expected to end up on the transfer list at season end? I know where i'll be ending up, so no suggestions please?

I'd put money....if i had any?........on Louis ending up in the 1st or 2nd Division in England within a year. He is building up his Reputation in Ireland, and will be snapped up within a 12 month IMHO.

It's not a great way to treat a young player trying to make his way in the game, and coming back from a MCL injury, that has left him playing catch up. Pearson seems to have a habit of expressing things in public, that should maybe be kept within the club?
