  1. Please tell me that's not an unwanted ticket being shifted already!
  2. You do need to provide a birth certificate, or at least you used to. Had to do it for both my kids when they had U12 STs. That was 4-5 years ago now though
  3. If anyone listens to podcasts, this weeks episode of Sherlock & Co contains a dig at the fewers. Can't remember it exactly but it was part of a speech about how we all need human community, and if we get it via supporting a football team then that is fine, unless it's Bristol r****s! The next line references the speaker as a Swindon fan, but at least his heart is in the right place....

This has to be the most un-football fan comment I have ever seen on here. I believe you've been following City a fair few years. Surely you know that hope triumphs over adversity every time!
  5. Is that going to work? Well known fact that over half of their fans have an above average number of legs!
  6. The hassle will be over soon, you'll have to renew and get a card licence at 70 and you can't be far off that now
  7. Red button working OK, but a similar issue to the last time we were on there, every few seconds the picture freezes very briefly and then everyone runs around comically quickly as the picture catches up again
  8. By my reckoning that's been the case for 7 years now
  9. At least you'll be OK come ST renewal, we do U-19
  10. It included our first league chamionshop for 60 years....
  11. How is it 25 years of under achieving? You would be hard pushed to find a 25 year period in our history where our average league placing was higher. We haven't been wildly successful, I will grant you that but seeing as most of our time has been spent as a yoyo between Championship and League 1 level we are now firmly established as a mid table Championship club with a better platform than we have ever had to push on. Be careful what you wish for when the Lansdowns move on. You might think there is disconnect between the club and the fans now, it will only get worse...
  12. At one point with Ashton in place we were riding high in the Championship, had just beaten Man Utd to reach the semi final of the League Cup, we were being cast a lot of envious glances by other teams and being justifiably described as a Premier League team in waiting. Then Frankie got sent off against Wolves and somehow the whole house of cards began to tumble.....
  13. Top left quadrant I think? Above Dave Smith (I'm sure I saw him bombing down the wing around 1990?)
  14. But definitely separate countries in a footballing sense....
  15. That'll be because nobody has cash on them
  16. I just ignore the people asking to see tickets since the phone thing, not been stopped once.
  17. On a personal level I am happy about the fixture move to Friday night, got a big family event on the Saturday and would have missed it.
  18. It was moved because of the Rugby, but not because it was due to be played at Ashton Gate. They just didn't want a fixture clash and moved our match to give people the opportunity to go to both. The location of the rugby was irrelevant. I think that's what has been said anyway.
  19. I have no red button coming up on Sky Stream. Is it working for anyone else? Thanks @Lanterne Rouge
  20. Anywhere near the Deepings? I lived in Deeping St James for a while a few years back
  21. Have you mentioned Marvelous before? It was a mention on here that made me seek it out a fair while ago, and I love it. Will look out for The Mighty Penguins
  22. It will be whoever the caretaker is, nobody else would touch them with a bargepole right now surely? They will then carry on in their own irrelevant manner on a footballing basis, whilst continuing to provide comedy gold for us.
  23. He has had a reasonable start, but wayyyy to early to describe the change to Manning as 'succeeding' which is what you did above.
