Absolutely. Putting all the Manning debate aside surely we can all agree James is just outstanding and key to our midfield. He was superb again today. I’d be really disappointed to see him move on in the summer.

Exactly. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s been told this; or something along the lines of “we believe in you” and that he’s got all summer and next season. Whether they can stick to this if we keep losing is another matter though.

I thought that too hearing him talk about his career, his time with us was the peak. As good as he could be I thought he came across as pretty unprofessional.

I thought that too. He was honest to a point and referenced some examples; although in some of those he sounded a bit unprofessional, something Trundle recognises with hindsight. Despite a clear fallout with GJ he did recognise he was successful.

Leicester will be desperate to get back on form and ensure they seal their promotion over the next few games. If we play like we have been and Leicester do tap into that previous form it could be an awful score line. Whilst that may be almost be expected, it’s hard to see anything other than a reaction from the fans given the last few months. It would be somewhat ironic if it’s Nige’s old club (and perhaps his attendance on Sky) that seals Manning’s fate.

Just been listening to an excellent SOTC again this evening. Well done @petehinton I thought you spoke superbly. The language you used, “toxic, divided, deflated, pessimistic” was so spot on and reflected the mood of many, many fans right now. You surfaced all the key issues from Lansdown’s disgraceful decision making and reasons for it to Manning’s incompetence and Tinnion’s meddling. The other two guests were excellent as well and also presented the view that things are truly terrible right now; although I did disagree with the notion of having to stick with Manning. Excellent comment towards the end as well @Davefevs ! I thought Ed Hadwin seemed shocked by the depth of feeling. I really hope Lansdown listened in; according to Hadwin the request has been out there for quite some time for him to be interviewed.

Will definitely check this out if @petehinton was on sounds like a decent episode.
