  1. Glad that’s done actually was like a long break up. Good luck Antoine and thank you.
  2. I agree Pete, said similar on page 70-something of this that Pearson inferred as much in his press conference.
  3. Disappointed actually but inevitable. Has done very well for us in his time and I am sure most City fans would wish him well.
  4. Is that what’s happened here, I’ve lost track TBH? Didn’t know if this was a Pearson falling out or not signing a contract problem.
  5. Reports that the players found out listening to Talk Sport and haven’t been told formally. What a shambles!
  6. Not a surprise after their run but even at the weekend some fans were still backing him, aiming their venom at the board. Like others I hope they get relegated. You could see them doing a Wednesday/Sunderland type free fall if they did as well, everyone would want to beat them next season.
  7. Another hat trick today then, his 4th for Man City, taking his tally to 31 for the season already. It's like he's on cheat mode on FIFA or something. Just unreal.
  8. Until this season I’ve never really rated him, thinking that the Championship just wasn’t his level. How wrong was that?! He’s been great this season and was superb today. Also his new song is superb, the Section 82 lads did a great job slowing it right down then coming back in loud! Tra la la la la la la……
  9. Winning goal away to Swansea is some first goal. Great to keep the unbeaten run going too, although WBA in the next round isn’t much to get excited about.
  10. Not at all. We’ll hear from him again if we make some good signings or when/if we stay up.
  11. Or really punish him hard and give him a free season ticket! ?
  12. That will be a lifetime ban then for that Spurs fan who kicked Ramsdale!
  13. Pearson’s best game to date for me. Each goal came from joyous passages of passing football, it was superb. Everyone played well but Sykes, Semenyo, Scott and Pring stand outs for me.
  14. Of course the answer is we can, the club choose not to. The best place for our singing section would be a quarter or a third of the Atyeo next to the Dolman. This could absolutely be done with segregation.
  15. I agree. As a guest he’s seriously annoying but as a host I thought he did a good job. He was organised, well structured and let people speak. He also managed the background noise better than the usual host, although why people can’t get the grip of basic voice conference etiquette I don’t know! One of the best episodes for a while I thought, let Ian host again.
  16. Anything more than £15m in the current market is good I would think, £25m would be outstanding.
  17. Brilliant post and completely agree. Nothing pisses me off more at Ashton Gate than the lights in the stands being on all match for night games. Under the lights means the pitch not us! When I first started going there it wasn’t like this and loads of other grounds switch the lights off. Puts me off going if it’s an evening KO to be honest. And to previous points I think they want a rugby crowd for the football, sat down, clapping politely all together. ????
  18. Indeed, I lost a lot if not all respect for him in that infamous Twentyman interview.
  19. Quite a lot of fans haven’t clocked the constraints of FFP in all this either.
  20. Interesting, only thing I have seen had a Pearson Out hashtag.
  21. Quite a few Premier League fans stand all game in areas that aren’t safe standing been doing it for years. As others have said, close to away fans as well.
