Blaming Max when they had a free for all from the cross ! The defensive unit is struggling from crosses . We are missing Baker and Atkinson and it is now a struggle back there . keepers don’t come for crosses these days . many could have done better .
6 yard box. Strong Keeper territory

Pack didn’t ask to leave City, he was told by LJ that City had accepted an offer from Cardiff. Basically he was unwanted so he took the obvious decision to leave. I can understand a bit if booing and banter with an ex City player, but to call him a cu*t is a disgrace. The people who sang this have had months to think about something original to sing and all they could think of was calling him a cu*t. They just gave the impression that they are a bunch of thickos. Totally embarrassing
My older Son uses the same Turkish Barber.
Pack did not want to leave and was prepared to fight for his place. Johnson dug his heels on and told him in no certain terms did Pack have a future at the club.
He had no choice

Bit of a daft post. Had a few Guinness' .
Looking at the pics closer that is pretty sizeable damage.
No doubt Cardiff City will be footing the bill

I'm really torn here. I don't ever get put off by scaremongering and have always had the attitude of "it happens it happens".
but if I'm honest, I'm getting cold feet about going. trouble is i have a young Son who keeps asking "Aren't we going? Aren't we going?"
Then there is the habitual side of me that has to go.
FFS why can't the EPL and Football League stop being so pig headed and postpone games over the Christmas period?
This decision making should be taken out of our hands. All this prioritising by Chris Whitty is nonsense
-
All football should be postponed for the time being.
"Come early to avoid crowds"
So everyone hangs around the concourse carrying on as normal because there is nothing else to do until kick off.
And if people don't turn up early we will have crowds trying to get in.
So if this variant is as bad as its made out then postpone it for the time being

"Another disgraceful display from Bakinson"
Does that include the two cracking through balls he played?

So sweet to watch our ball wiping, time consuming, long throws. So sweet after they spent more than a decade inflicting it on the rest of us.
Yep. And bitter as hell.
Apparently "the worst side they've played since being relegated" to "Brizzle win the world cup" after our celebration

Just listened to the Richard Gould interview.
Wasn't really inciteful was it?
Told us what we already know and obvious replies every single time.
And regarding Nigel Pearson illness, I'd have sooner Gould told us the club didn't wish to go into detail as to the nature of the illness but instead banged on about the effects of Covid which doesn't really tell us what the real problem is. It just leaves us assuming or guessing. And the problem is how long is this going to keep Nigel away. The knock on effect can be disastrous for us as a club
Waste of an interview to be honest.

I've not watched or heard the interview but what I've read here and on Twitter sounds concerning. This guy has taken over Ashton and it sounds we're no better off with the only sight of our owner are pictures of him via the internet and the odd tweet from his useless Chairman.
No doubt there will be those who come out with "Get your money out" but I will cheer from the rooftops if and when he sells up.
The bloke never learns

A very good question. And the thing is I'm being a fool to myself. i no longer enjoy it as i once did.
Been going since 1983 and a Season ticket holder since 2003 and the thing is i no longer get the buzz.
Why do I go? Three things and only one is important.
1. my 13 year old Son
2. Habit
3. A fear of missing something
There are times Im glad we are away. I can no longer be bothered to travel.
And I dislike evening matches. I still go but truth be told, I'd sooner go home from work and relax. It didnt used to be the case. I guess its because Im older now
And yet I still have a hankering for us the be successful in some way. Sick of seeing "lesser Clubs" reap in more success. And when that happens it really does grate at me
So why do i care? I really don't know. I wish I knew....or did'nt

And did we get relegated last season?
Most sensible supporters I speak with expected this to be a difficult season.
Our squad is thread bear on numbers which leaves us relying on the U23 squad to fill the bench when we have injuries, like yesterday plus some were also in the team.
Do you seriously believe that the team put out yesterday would not be improved by the addition of Williams, Atkinson, James, Baker, Semenenyo and King?
When I saw the team for yesterday playing the team currently in forth place I thought we would be hammered out of sight.
What did you think when you saw the team selection?
Of course we didn't get relegated. but we were damn fortunate not to.
You say sensible supporters. I'd say everyone knew it would be difficult. It was mentioned enough times.
But then the players we have can and should be doing more than what is being offered.
Promotion challengers? not a chance. But certainly not the nonsense that is being offered right now. And as for injuries we weren't exactly brilliant at the start of the season. Even when we won it wasn't convincing.
Bar one or two, every one of those players has proven what they are capable of . And that includes Kasey Palmer. Yet the majority of times they cross that line and become amateurs.
Difficult season Yes. But not be consistently be outplayed or sit back against sides that are on a par or lower than us and most certainly not concede three goals and lose against a 10 man side.

Much better side once they come back.
We were saying that last season.
