Again. If he didn’t make contact with Nakhi it’s not a penalty. Learn the rules
? Then how come cards get handed out all over the pitch for tug backs?

NP has to take a look back at early season- starting front line and the way Martin was held back until being subbed on late - our points dropped in the early games were down to shite officials not poor play.
Conway has to start as does Wells - Martin, James and King just don’t cut it, sorry to say Semenyo needs to sharpen up before he gets a start again! -
Who posted 4-1?
*** ****s sake

One more game after this, I’m not in the Pearson out camp but I’m totally p——d off that we are not fielding our best team with the WC coming up - the season looks like it’s going to be a struggle as it is - professionalism has to start at the top!
-
Wells has to go back to the bench. = occasional influence on the game is not enough, waits for ever for someone to do the hard work for him and then when the ball does come his way he either falls over or gives it away! Vyner not had the best game, but too often no support and too much ground for one defender to cover
-
Why is Wells still on?
-
Good run from Wells - more please
-
Well waiting for a ball on a plate - get involved ffs!
-
Just like a couple of seasons ago, looks like the will and skill is being trained out of them!
-
OAP’s in the middle and toothless up front
-
Uncontested drop ball………………..
we do get to see it all!
-
A bit of optimism please (at least until the own goal or penalty against us)

I see the second goal as being one he couldn’t do anything about. The first and third he is as culpable as one or two other players.
First one, he back-pedals and stops. If he continues and tries to punch, there’s a good chance he puts Trusty off as a minimum.
Third one, great delivery, but what is he doing, that’s his all-day long.
There is no doubt in my mind:
- he is better than O’Leary
- he is capable of making fantastic saves, and does so regularly
- he is a totally capable Championship keeper for where we are currently
but, he doesn’t command his area, and I think that creates a lack of confidence in those in-front of him.
As for the OP, Frank Fielding suffered from exactly the same problems too, as does Max.
For me the best keeper we’ve had since we’ve been back in the Champ was Maenpaa. For me he had the perfect all-round “game”. Was big too. He didn’t really need to make big saves, just calm and composed. It’s a shame Lucic didn’t put the effort in, because he was a great build too, good with both feet and had that bit of confidence too.
If so the OP is insinuating Bents is my favourite player, I’m not sure what they’ve been drinking / smoking.
I agree with @LondonBristolianthat there is a gap for a better keeper. I hope Bajic can fill that gap.
Its a shame the best two keepers in Lg1 (Cooper and Walton) will be out of our budget range.
Glad someone agrees with me, prone to panic - a defenders nightmare and no way should he be captain

James and Weimann have touched the ball ten times each. Cork and Cullen on 45 each
Weimann prepared to come and try and get the ball! James??

What is James supposed to be doing? Just a spare shirt?

I hadn’t spotted that. I’m surprised they haven’t at least allowed reservation of disabled spaces. Not sure if you use the wheelchair areas or not?
No not a wheelchair user, but cannot sit with knees fully bent for 1 1/2 hours, where I sit there are a couple of seats missing so I can sit at an angle!

Credit where it’s due, decent pricing.
Agree - but what’s with the unreserved seats, personally I sit where I need to because of disability, that’s why I have a season ticket! But there’s no point in advance booking if available seats on the night don’t suit me!

I think that we've mostly matched them physically, except for a few headaches in the box.
Headaches - too many stupid decisions by experienced players - poor reactions from the keeper and a defender who is so scared of criticism for messing up his confidence is totally shot - other than that we look good for a top half finish!

Chris Martin is a very good player. He gives us a target and he kicks in with goals and assists.
5 assists in each of the last 2 seasons with an average of one assist every 9 games last season - does not suggest he is a top forward to me!

The comments have been around. He should not have played as much as he did last season. WSM was a thing because NP was was trying to set an example with Wells and wages. Clear to see Wells offers so much more than Martin and we likely missed out on points last season because NP why trying to send some sort of message.
During the last two wins we have used 1 new player. Naismith is great and makes a difference but we could have seen this style of football so much earlier. Keep in mind we have been down two of our best players from last season as well.
This exactly- our play does not suit a loitering 9! As a late sub when we want to defend across the pitch and slow things down he’s perfect

Must be demoralising for the Hull lads? Still it's the fault of their Dad's for our play off defeat at Wembley!.........Ha!!
Was that GJ’s problem too?

Hope to see Martin sitting it out until the final third, really did well v Luton, was a right nuisance to them!

How many times do we need to explain that you cannot sell someone if no one bids?
Kalas (who has been injured since March), Bentley, HNM, there are NO bids.
This is Football Manager stuff.
In the case of Bentley other clubs will have watched him and lost interest

So was that the plan or were England really rubbish (not just Kane)?
