  1. I’m near Bridgetown… but being made to go snorkelling. ? ?
  2. Don’t come on here spouting facts Dave. He should have never played again after that. ?
  3. 1. You’d have sued them and down everything possible to make sure they don’t kick a ball again? Alright then mate. ? 2. Have you read into the part that Luke Ayling played? Thought not. ? 3. I suspect you’re a bit tired. Perhaps pop off and have a little sleep x
  4. **** loads of money thrown out him by his sugar daddy. Lansdown needed LJ to succeed at all costs. Absolutely nothing given that the Kodjia sale occurred 7 months after Tomlin signed on loan. But sure, you keep making stuff up to suit your agenda. For the record, I don’t think LJ was terrible. He did fairly averagely for someone who had money thrown at him left right and centre. If you want to know what Johnson was truly excellent at, then being part of a team who brought the club to its knees in terms of a financial crisis, he is truly unsurpassed at that. 13m to 40m wage bill is absolutely staggering.
  5. Genuinely, I don’t think he would have. Cotts wanted to sign Tomlin on loan, but was told there wasn’t the funds to do so. LJ appointed and guess what…
  6. I think if you follow the thread, we’re talking about Ayling.
  7. Football is full of ifs and buts. But it is wholly factual that we’ve never ever seen anyone being given the level of financial freedom that LJ was, now, you can argue that it was due to Nepotism… or you can be wrong. Are you joking, or just grossly misinformed? ?
  8. He got blamed for not playing the ball fast enough and LJ wasn’t a fan. Got rid for about 500k if I remember correctly and whoever he went to (QPR?) sold him for 9m.
  9. I don’t buy it. That sounds like an easy excuse for those who want to exonerate LJ. I mean, it was hardly a serious misdemeanour. LJ didn’t rate him and got rid. He was an excellent player who went onto prove he was leagues above LJ.
  10. We should probably factor in that the outgoings of Reid and Wester (credit) were considerably offset by him giving away Ayling and Freeman, both of whom proved themselves to be far better than pretty much everyone he brought in.
  11. Yes. Much better. But I’ll never admit it.
  12. It’s different. You don’t have to be stupid to see Scexit as a bad thing.
  13. A generational talent. We’re lucky to have seen it. Will defo be looking out for Bournemouth results.
  14. I’ve never been to Bournemouth but I can confirm you’re 100% correct.
  15. Come on. He gets to put himself against the world’s best week in, week out. And on top of that probably gets five times his currently wage. Yes, we’d have all liked a bigger club, but I’d they’re the only ones matching our valuation then why not. It’s a good move for the lad. You don’t go from a two bed flat to a five bed detached do you?
  16. I’d never really bought into the he’ll still be here narrative. Was always gonna happen. Sadly, far too good for us. We need to switch our attention to who we might now buy and get excited.
  17. Bollocks. That’s my afternoon resigned to a cocktail making competition then. ?
  18. I’m pretty sure the answer is yes, but can someone confirm that robins tv works abroad? ?? cheers.
