I like it overall. We do need to move on from these types of designs that attempt to make robins look hard. It's just silly

Still not quite understanding why people are jumping on Mehmeti after two quiet performances.
He's come to us midway through the season and is not used to this level. Also important to bear in mind that he was the main man at Wycombe and this could explain why he doesn't release the ball so quickly. Already, we have seen what he is capable of. We had six years of Callum O'Dowda jogging up to the full back before stopping and passing back - and he didn't even do that right at times!

Not the best I get that, but haven't we seen us lose this sort of game so many times over the years

Cornick has looked rustier than Gaol Ferry Bridge since he joined us, hope he properly introduces himself to us tonight

I think this is best approached in the off season, where a more formal approach can be drawn up. The fact that the club have spoken to the 'leaders' of this movement is encouraging; perhaps they've been told to cut it out for now while a proper implementation is devised.
Glad the security are gone as that was just going to complete a self fulfilling prophecy. Security in general seems to be a convenient shortcut - or lower cost contract - instead of organisations employing staff who are actually trained to do the work. You see it in homeless services too, for example.
The majority of those who want to use Block A for singing are doing so to improve the atmosphere at what is often a disappointing representation of our club. It doesn't surprise me seeing people here coming in to kick the idea while it is down.

Shame. I like the kit we've been wearing this season.
Feel for all the supporters who have already forked out their hard-earned cash for the white sleeve shirts, which were pretty expensive.
Bad decision imo.
I think they'll be collectors items in time, due to the limited circulation and how abnormal it is to change during the season.
I have a collection of some of the more iconic City shirts from the 90s and early 2000s and would be tempted to get the white sleeve kit because of this, as prices go down a bit

Yep, unfortunately the Pump House is not a proper pub any more - last time I was passing a few months ago they had someone outside determined to show you to a table 'to take your order', you couldn't even get near to the bar to choose your pint. I asked them if it was still a pub or not and they had no answer to that, so I moved on.
Pricey too, so why go there when the Nova is more or less next door - great old pub, excellent beer and away fan friendly.... providing the away fans are similarly friendly, of course.
When a group of young Leeds fans approached the pub after a match clearly looking for trouble the City fans on the outside tables just laughed at them and they skulked off sheepishly. Great way to diffuse the situation.
I recall being asked to take off my scarf when in there a few years ago now. It's a proper 'pea puree' place these days.
There's no pub better for away fans in Bristol, no doubt.

Nova Scotia, down by Spike Island. Proper traditional pub

We’ve drawn 1-1 away to Sunderland with 2 shots on target. 15th in the league. Be positive but this is nauseating.
Being at the game today it felt so much encouraging than what the stats would make out. Hadn't seen us play with such audacity for a long time. Even if it had finished 1-0 I would have been happy with the performance.
I saw a young and hardworking team absolutely going for it and continuing to develop. Can't ask for more than that considering what the last four years have been like.

Really? Never a pen!
See previous comment; from my angle it looked brutal!

Must admit, when that penalty went in I removed my entire top half of clothing and went ballistic...when in Rome!

Honestly, rather enjoyed it despite the result. Some great play in the first half. Never should have subbed off Mehmeti though, he was worth the entrance fee and journey alone

Good decision
Must admit that from the stand that looked nailed on, will need to look at another angle of it later

Wow, that's a new low. If that's not a penalty, what is?

About to start the second leg of the journey now; stopped at a mates house near Hull for the night and it's his turn to drive today. COYR!

Almost seemed like the security wanted to escalate so that they could 'evidence' problems with the singing sections.
Often a bunch of hi viz wearing neanderthals who were either too thick or too unfit to join the police

I would bet some quite important parts of my body that he was there to see Alex Scott.

Not too long ago we wouldn't have got through that, what a change in mindset

Been alright this; would prefer if we had all been put in the Lansdown though
