    Talking of season tickets…

A City season ticket from 1897-98. Brilliant that this still exists.

    Love that.

On the 27th November we had a home game against Tottenham and then on the 27th December, we were away to Warmley 😂

    My interpretation would be that

    a) there’s the 15,000 maximum which they apparently won’t go beyond so that they have enough POTD, and

    b) another figure which they’ll have as a target. I’d assume that will be something internal, part of the budgeting, and not made public, but let’s say 14,000 (roughly last years)

So they’ll keep pushing them even if they hit the 14,000 ; ideally they get up to the maximum and then stop.

Not sure how I feel about the 15,000 limit; do you know if anyone from the club has explained that? I’d just assumed they’d want to sell as many season tickets as there are seats!

It’s an EFL rule that you need to leave a % of the grounds capacity for general sale/POTD.

This rule has been in place for a number of years now.

Not sure what AG’s cap is but it’s a higher than 15,000.

End of season playoffs vs Birmingham.

IIRC, this was one of the things which makes the season successful!

U15’s 2-0 up against Cardiff in their cup final as well.

The OS still includes the players we’ve let go as being in the first team squad, pretty sloppy.

They’re still contracted to the club for another 6 weeks. It’s not that big of an issue really is it.

ah ok, thanks! Any rough idea what price increases are typically like? I've just renewed last 12 or 13 years so no idea! ta

I’m not sure, tried looking on the official site but can’t find anywhere that confirms how much they will be increased by.

anybody have a rough idea on how long the ST's remain on general sale for? I didn't renew, but starting to regret it!!!

Right up until the start of the season.

Prices go up from tomorrow though as well as it being the last day for anyone who wants to pay by Direct Debit.

Saw the same Tweet. Oddly specific number, what on Earth is the last 15% of a transfer 🤣

A three course dinner at the Avon Gorge Hotel, signing on the dotted line, chucked up on the “roof” for some awkward acting and then finally a scouting report sent to Bournemouth.

And back playing with his academy mate.

Also, and this isn't directed at you, he's our player right? We signed him, and loaned him back. There's nothing to "cancel".

Yes he’s a Bristol City player that was signed for over £1m who has been loaned to Derby. He can’t just cancel his contract with City.

Think the next few weeks training with first team will be telling, almost like a trial to see if LM thinks he ready for it.

JS has been training with the first team (when Aldershot haven’t had a mid-week game) since he signed.

They’ve been impressed with him from what I’ve heard.

You clearly missed the posts where I said I moved to the Lansdown during the season.

Thought you would have known this as you consistently troll me.

    Stop twisting my words. I didn't say I couldn't afford it. I said I wouldn't pay 700 quid.

Is moving season ticket seats mid-season even possible? I was under the impression you could upgrade your seats but this was restricted to twice a season only.

The only limit is the same that's a set number have to be made available

Gavin Marshall confirmed club are pushing for more season ticket sales than ever before

People are misunderstanding what he said about if we kept increasing sales, in the future we may have to limit the sales

Isn’t there an EFL rule that says a certain % of stadium capacity needs to be held back for POTD?

So they are moving the Bears children down to SS to be closer to the action. Great but then City are trying to move our children from SS up to Family area, as far away from the action as possible, unbelievable.

A mate who goes to the rugby seems to think it’s more to do with trying to sale more premium seats to adults.

Fits with what pretty much every other team has said about them.

Their manager left after they lost to farm, but think that was due to personal reasons.

They haven't uploaded anything to their youtube since then either.

    In a word, no.

    About 100-130ish.

There’s better supported Suburban League sides 😂

Inherently were just biff-bang football today. 9 huge blokes trying to smack the ball up field as soon as possible but a bit shirty when they didn’t get their own way. Horrible team, not in kicking people but just in you couldn’t watch that on a regular basis.

Do they get many watching them on a regular basis?
