Whenever I try to download a book it says "can't open file".I have tried downloading on all the different versions. Any advice please?.

Thanks muchly.I tried to buy two tickets online and they wanted £5 each to print them as I don't have a printer.£10 to print two tickets? Disgraceful!

I think you got lucky.As far as I understand there is only one difficulty level.

I haven't read up on it very much,but the little that I have read has contained some horrific stories of experimental treatments to subdue or "cure" patients.Seems like doctors back then could just experiment with no regulations whatsoever.
