    Patience dear boy- his departure can be your Christmas present.... However, if the structure remains the same with Tinnion in his current role, I really do wonder at the point of any of it.

    Your very right in that Manning is lacking confidence, it's clear to see imo & the only thing exuding is his lack of it. It's not something that the players won't have noticed & that ain't good, not good at all....
