Well on Sunday, I would say it's more the fans who were disinterested
The atmosphere was flat as a pancake and I spent a lot of the game looking at my phone rather than the pitch.
It just feels we've shot ourselves in the foot and this season is just another rebuilding exercise again.
It's silly, but I felt part of the NP revolution, I saw the slow and steady progress and was totally on board with it.
Just got to get my mojo back, but at the moment I'm not feeling it.

Yes, the atmosphere was flat today, but that only matched the flat boring football being played on the pitch.

Well that was absolutely awful.
I've just got home and I still haven't really understood what I saw.
The formation didn't suit us, the football was boring, the subs were bizarre and what was Sykes doing out of position?
He swapped created the goal, then went back to the left.
I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

What does Manning tell them at half time?
We can't do anything in the 2nd half.

Oh look, Sykes where he should be

Were you worried that we'd get hammered?
No. I meant, it swung one way, then swung the other, then came back to us and I had to endure a few nervy mo.ents towards the end.
As I said a proper game of football, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
No other agenda

I absolutely wish Liam and his band of merry coaches all the very best going forward
It's a new era for us, so let's hope we can rob some points off the richer teams ....... and let's give f@(k all to the poorer teams

There was me, quite happy with the progress we were making on and off the field
When the chairman pipes up that he thinks we are a top 6 side who are underachieving
Gotta be a win hasn't it?

It's like watching an LJ team
Only with better players
Still sh1te though

I bet he won't be as optimistic as our chairman about where the squad should be.

Have they got any stock to discount?
-
If you are to get a 10 point deduction, then this is probably the best season for it to happen
With the 3 teams around them, they could've been given a 20 point deduction and still have a great chance of staying up.

He says the goal is progress
Well, we were getting that, perhaps he hasn't spoken to the chairman, yet

Sorry , let me help. Slack Bladder you know nothing because you’ve never played football or coached in the Prem.
There you go my friend.
Thanks Major
Now tell me, should I be offended by this, or not?

Call me a cynic, but JL & BT wanted their man in for this game so he could start with 3 points and make their decision look a bit more justified.
Didn't quite go to plan though

Wasted opportunity that, today

How many yellows has Pring picked up this season?

No, but the players have a lot to answer for, because they look like they haven't got a clue what they are meant to do out there, and that has to come down to instructions given.
Maybe NP was getting the best out of this squad, instead of underachieving ?

The worry is our 2nd half form has not been good under Manning
So don't want to be losing at half time
