Perchance like Garita, Burns, Eisa, Engvald, McCoulsky and other 'wunderkinds' too numerous to mention he'll be scoring occasionally somewhere.

He may even follow in the steps and hit the heights of much missed De Giralomo who's banging one in every other game....at Buxton!

And there was I thinking we had pretentions to be a Championship contender.....

Difference is we've seen Semenyo play for City more than all of those combined. We can judge him far better and can definitely see the quality in his play

It's a reasonable theory actually - Steve Bruce was fairly public about Lascelles and Saint-Maximin having long covid last week. Apparently both have been under the weather for ages, both suffering with extreme fatigue and severe mouth ulcers.

Indeed. Yeah surprised Bruce came out with that, I'm sure he was just trying to spread awareness and shed some light on why they weren't returning. This is a bit of a stretch and slightly tinhat of me but It could be possibly career damaging being public because long covid effects are fairly unknown and for all we know their careers could be over. Their fitness levels may never be the same.

The bit about having to be within 6ft of someone for 15 minutes to catch it. Complete nonsense I'm afraid.

You could be in close proximity to someone for a very short space of time and catch it, for example if they coughed or sneezed near you.

You could also catch it by being in an empty room all on your own, hours after the last person had been in there. This is because the virus stays on surfaces. You touch that infected surface and touch your face and you could catch the virus.

It works no differently from the flu or norovirus, for example, so I'm a little miffed as to why people still don't understand how viruses transmit.

Well that’s new info - the consistent stuff has previously said ‘close contact’ when you are vulnerable to catch this infection is defined as being within 2 metres of someone for 15 minutes - where did you get your facts from? Not saying you’re wrong, but it’s contradictory

Research from China. This Doctor discusses  this in the first few minutes in this video. He’s been very reliable and informative.

Well, if went around slapping them all across the face or spitting on them then maybe he could affect 300 plus people.

The airline will have all passengers details and I dare say they will be tested if necessary.

Similar for the Forest staff I would think.

It's possible to effect people 4.5 meters away and it can linger in the air for 30 minutes
