This is brilliant news. After decades of scrounging their way around and surviving on a life support machine, is this finally the moment the plug has been pulled? Has their luck finally ran out?

Dear god. Away wins at Telford, Nuneaton, Southport and the like. They also seem to have missed our rather handy home record! I can't take that lot seriously, I really can't.

Even if we lose, I still think we will go on to win the title, but wouldn't it be wonderful to get it effectively done and dusted today with a handsome win. Buzzing for this, COME ON YOU REDS!!!

I think that sums up a lot of these posts perfectly. Those of us whinging that we are going to bottle it, why not get down the bookies and put your money where your mouth is?

We are not stuttering. We are unbeaten in 10 league games, and we have 85 points, probably 2 wins away from the title. Grow up you spoilt, whining little bitches and accept the fact that we cant have everything our own way all the time. Oh and learn to sense sarcasm/irony when you see it.

We are powderpuff upfront, its another poor performance, we are stuttering, we are conceding the title to Preston. Jesus Christ.

Of course and so do we. As I said, a point at deepdale and I reckon its realisticaly all over bar the shouting!

I agree, not a particularly good result and I certainly wouldnt have taken it before kickoff but we'll have to live with it. If we want the title, I think avoiding defeat at Deepdale is a must.

Somebody earlier on this thread said that we arent going to equalise.

Never had any doubt. Unlike some I believe in these players. Lets go for the winner.

Big if but if we draw today and Swindon win their two games in hand, they will be able to move within 5 points of us if they beat us at ashton gate. Obviously extremely unlikely that all this will happen but for those of you happy to draw today, lets remember we want to wrap this up as soon as possible and not give other teams even a glimmer of hope. 3 points please.

Two more wins will be enough for automatic promotion if you throw a couple of draws in there too, and assume we at least dont lose to Swindon at the gate. Four to be certain of the title but three will be enough I think.
