  1. Hello from Shenyang, north east China! I'm feeling confident about today, no idea why. Think we'll nick it 3-2! U REDZ.
  2. " #BristolRovers chairman Steve Hamer confirms to @bbcbristolsport they are seeking investment partners for the new stadium. " Wait a minute... Thought these lot were billionaires? That statement should bring them down to earth with a bump.
  3. Who put the ball in the Bolton net? Who put the ball in the Bolton net? Who put the ball in the Bolton net? half the ****** team did!!!
  4. And Fulham now 1-1! Just need Ipswich to turn it around and it's the perfect day!
  5. Plymouth and Oxfords form is dodgy whilst there's is superb. You'd have to say they were favorites now but maybe they've peaked too early, who knows.
  6. I would point out how ridiculous that comment is, but I've got the feeling you aren't the sharpest tool in the box, so I won't bother.
  7. You've got to,say that they are probably going up automatically now. Arse.
  8. Great news! Don't let them tell you this isn't important now that they have trillionaire's in charge. This has lost them a potential windfall of millions, plus Sainsburys legal fees will now need to be repaid.
  9. I'm gonna go to bed... Did it at 0-1 against Forest and we came back and won.
  10. There is a gap, but place both teams in the same league with modern stadiums and it's not much. Well, the statistics would suggest otherwise. We were in the same division during these years.. You even finished above us on some of these occasions. 2000-01 City: 10,369 Rovers: 7,275 1999-00 City: 9,803 Rovers: 8,402 1997-98 City: 11,846 Rovers: 6,413 1996-97 City: 10,802 Rovers: 5,630 1995-96 City: 7,017 Rovers: 5,279 1992-93 City: 11,004 Rovers: 5,745 1991-92 City: 11,479 Rovers: 5,850 1990-91 City: 13,495 Rovers: 5,929 1989-90 City: 11,544 Rovers: 6,202 Cant be bothered to do any further back (you can see for yourself on http://www.european-football-statistics.co.uk/england.htm) but you can certainly see that the difference is significant. Interesting that you've compared yourself to Brighton. They had massive crowds in the 70s and 80s, and the attendance boom they've seen recently is a due to a lot of those fans coming back after years of homelessness. You never had those crowds. Additionally, look at Coventry as an example. They were in exile in Northampton for a year... The attendance for their first game back in the city was over 27,000. Rovers were absent from Bristol for over 10 years. Coming back barely improved their gates. With Rovers, the support simply isn't there. The facts prove it.
  11. What, you aren't going to insult him and tell him he's not a real fan? Grown up a bit I see.
  12. We've made big progress to be just the one goal down at half time in this sort of game. Still in it, can still win it!!! COYR!!'
  13. City with most of the play? Cardiff dangerous on the break? This is the sort of game we'd have been dead and buried in at half time a couple of months back. Let's see what we're made of these days!!!!!! Come on City!!!!
  14. Is the guy on the right covering a sign that says dicks by any chance? Would have loved to have been the proverbial fly on the wall yesterday with this lot... Just imagine the sort of drivel that would have come out of their mouths on their way to Wycombe.
  15. Gobsmacked by that. Thought that the days of being completEly turned over at home were over when Cotterill left. I don't blame people for being negative after paying money to watch that crap but imho, there's no point dwelling on it. We are going to stay up this season and if results like this are a learning curve for Johnson and some of our younger players then so be it. I'm sure LJ will be analysing tonight for days and make sure that our fans do not have to put up with this shite again. On a personal level, this result really hurts BC I ******* detest Brighton.
  16. You cheeky monkey! LOLZ at the Gash. A day after one of the most exciting announcements in their history and they couldn't even get half of our crowd. Massive fanbase? Huge potential? Not whilst the city are around I'm afraid guys!
  17. A long way to go.. but 8 points clear of safety as it stands.... and 3 ****ING POINTS AWAY FROM 15TH!!
