Oh look, 100 tickets suddenly available in E30… I know I’m a broken record but people really need to stop saying we sold all the tickets instantly. We didn’t, and people shouldn’t give up if it looks sold out.

Absolutely not. A few minutes ago, about 300 seats were suddenly made available in the South Stand. Yet this is our most densely populated season ticket stand. It makes absolutely no sense that we would have sold all the Dolman and Lansdown tickets instantly at 10am, and yet have hundreds available in the South Stand. There is definitely something up.

There was VERY briefly for me too - and in many other blocks - then they all disappeared in an instant. It simply doesn’t add up. The second the button became available to click.

These blocks have been showing as sold out since 10am. Suddenly there are hundreds. That doesn’t explain it. The pattern today is like nothing we have seen before. It’s all the shop today and I’m convinced there is still a lot of availability not showing. Just bought 4 in S23

Suddenly loads in S blocks. Told you something was up.

There were barely any at the outset. Something is up, this doesn’t check out at all.

I simply do not believe we have sold that many seats that quickly. There is an issue. Either way. We have not sold that many seats instantly. I have done this numerous times as a member and this is nothing like the pattern of any previous sale.

Absolutely no chance we sold 10,000 tickets in 30 seconds. It was singles from the outset.

Neanderthals on twitter telling me I was “too slow” doing my head in. There is clearly an issue.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Was expecting to take a few minutes out of my work day to sort this. Now have no idea when the tickets will become available and how long I’ll have to wait. Utter shambles.

When I logged on at 9:58 there was briefly none, then loads, then hardly any. Purely based on the maths there has to be loads there, but as usual this club can’t get the basics right and we’re all wasting our time.

Right now there are hardly any available in any block. It’s all over the shop.

It’s utterly hopeless. Just singles available. That cannot be the case.

Just logged in as a member. Seat availability constantly changing from none to hundreds. Usual shambles. Something’s up with it.

I don’t get that either. Just reserve STH seats for them for a few days. Simultaneously sell the other seats to members. Then open it up for general sale after that. Makes a lot of sense to me and gives everyone a bit more time.

If the date changes you should be able to get a refund, so just buy them.

Because I would expect someone to mention something so critical to the context in the first place. Besides, your son in law being a member (like me) doesn’t give him the same priority as a season ticket holder or any right to that seat ahead of any other member. It’s just not how the priority system works.

Why should you be able to give your ticket to a mate who has done nothing to earn the priority members have paid for? You bought a season ticket for a child, nothing more, nothing less.

Because those replacement adults will have done nothing to earn the priority that members have paid for.

Here was me thinking regional accents were gradually dying out in our multicultural society, and then the lovechild of Ronnie Kray and Kat Slater comes along to prove me wrong.

Yep loads of good stuff on twitter, our "limbs" seems to be very highly rated!

I think the only way to really agree on an approach to this is to formally poll the fan base to determine the interest level in standing, and whether the demand for standing areas currently exceeds supply. If so, increase it accordingly, if not, leave it as it is.
