Yes, in his post-match interview, his first thought was his “block”.
Please don’t!
Yep, pure block.
It was training session / no contact stuff…this is how we shape-shift across the pitch.
We didn’t even go 424 like pre-Ipswich, but 442 again.
Swansea keeper or Grimes helping to allow their CBs to split. Imagine knowing exactly how Luke Williams would play but not being able to come up with anything better than this!
That was my biggest frustration.
And apologies to the Lansdown stand after 35 mins when I got too “emotional” and shouted at Manning to do something.
You shouted ‘do something’ Dave? Steady on there chief

To be honest it’s the board who have lost me. If they sack Manning we will get another knee jerk appointment with no thought and vision.
There is a lack of sensible ambition at the club and until that changes I struggle to care much one way or the other. I continue to think that with our current structure the next time we leave the championship is much more likely to be down than up.
I have lost all faith in the decision making capabilities at the club to make the right decisions for the future. Decisions are made based on the need to massage the egos of a few, not in the interests of the thousands who spend their hard earned cash on match day.
Tend to agree. No faith a different appointment would be any better

Yeah I like our defense tbh, ahead of them needs work

That was the actual attendance v Cardiff. Laugh
Reckon no more than 16000 will be in attendance today.

That applies to all City fans.
Listening to RB on the way back one caller mentioned that fans pay to be ’entertained and that was desperately missing today despite the 3 points and I have some empathy with him.
It was an easily forgotten match since the last poor performance that I don’t remember.
Happy to get three points tbh, keeps us away from bottom three. I’ll take that way we’re playing at the moment (that’s s*** to make it clear)

Wins a win. Poor performance but rather have 3 points than none

Depending on how we play I may count them. Fiver on who’s closest?

Anyone else think the attendance will be fairly low compared to normal? With Mother’s Day and the midday kickoff assume a fair few might stay away. Recent performances haven’t helped either
I think the actual crowd will be around 17854

Sunday is THE season decider for me. Win and we can take a deep breath whilst the season just slowly extinguishes to nothing. Draw or lose and it becomes a full-on relegation scrap from a position of almost guaranteed safety after Middlesbrough.
Can’t say I’m impressed that it’s reached this position tbh.
Then we must fight. Tooth and nail stuff

I disagree we have litrally just lost 3 games in a row showing absolutely 0 ability or determination by three shocking sides in this division. If you have that attitude then not sure what the point is in even going ? Surely most if not all city fans want to see success on the pitch ? Sounds like your more then fine with us just knocking about twiddling our thumbs in the lower echelons of the championship which I find baffling.
I know, I’ve been at all three games fella and didn’t feel that way walking out of Hillsborough either. I think at the time I wrote that which was after a long day, it probably felt like people, myself included, were taking it all too seriously and getting overly frustrated . Certainly want us to succeed, I’d say 99% who post on here want the same, we just deal with it in different ways

I get that but..the trajectory and the mood, it feels as if something has changed. It isn't one game.
We'll see if the fans see it that way in the coming weeks and months.
I offer you love brother, **** all that

I say **** it , don’t over analyze balls to it all and let’s go round the rollercoaster again because it is just football . Teams lose and they win again, limbs this week and not the next… managers and players tossed to the wall, heroes next week… the piss fueled merrygoround goes round and round and round.

To be fair, if you’re from Millwall (the area, on the Isle of Dogs, where the football club originated) then you are a cockney. But not if you’re from Bermondsey where the club moved about 1910.
I salute you

I don’t think we’ll be all but relegated by Christmas with manning in charge. Assume you’re over exaggerating. Do t see us higher than mid table but most likely around that
