Given the side that are now going up and down each season, I think the league should consider 2 automatics and 1 play off winner promotions. Like you say, to get over 100 points and still not go up isn't right.

So with the amount of loan players they have, I'm assuming that they don't particularly have any players to cash in on, except maybe their striker, Aaron Collins is it?

What I'd like to know is what would happen if a rugby player did overstep the mark and man-handled a referee in Rugby - whats the punishment likely to be? At the moment, there's this so-called respect, but you only want one player to overstep the mark, so what would the rugby authorities dish out as a punishment to uphold that respect?

Sir Geoff, that's really kind of you, and I really appreciate your gesture, but ultimately though, I can live without the jacket. I just felt the need to rant and have the ear of likeminded fans who equally share my frustrations at the way the club treats us with disdain and attempts to throw us a bone in the form of left over dregs or sell & return stock that they can't do anything with.

Just thought I'd have another rant about the crap rewards scheme. I've literally had the portal open in a browser tab for a few days now. Every so often I'd take a look as I particularly liked the idea of getting my son the City Sideline Jacket in Medium, but for the last week (including yesterday) it was marked as "coming soon" In the last few minutes I've received an email from the club saying that there are new items added to the portal, and lo and behold, guess which item is Sold Out already??? What the hell are we meant to do? Are we expected to constantly sit at a keyboard pressing F5 hoping that we stumble on the availability of an item before someone else grabs it?? It blatantly seems to me that their offloading old stock, whereby they're probably waiting for a single item to be returned or not collected before they put it on the portal, but seriously, how many of these items are they actually putting on there? Oh well, back to pressing F5 in the hope of getting "another" keyring or bottle opener, or maybe a lanyard that any company worth their salt wouldn't allow for security reasons !!!

In this instance, isn't a win-win? Wrexham are top of the league on the cusp of going up, and the owners get a return on their money.

Does anyone know if there's the option to extend the capacity of the HPC? For example, literally putting two or three steps of terracing either behind the goals or down the dug out side of the pitch, I'm sure they could easily get a capacity of a couple of thousand by doing so.

Completely agree, and I think thousands of other City fans feel the same way also. We had a massive attendance that day (25,404) and I'm pretty sure it was because we wanted to send Brum down, and we literally just rolled over and gifted them the win.

The way I look at it, is that Scott is an amazing talent, but he's only as useful as the other players around him in the team and in our squad. Right at this moment, we're 17th in the Championship, so there's 16 more teams above us without an Alex Scott in their sides. What they have though, is a collection of players that operate at a consistently higher standard than Bristol City, which has resulted in them getting higher up the table than us. The key for me, is making sure that the day we lose Alex, we bring in players where we're lacking in other areas of the team. For instance, we may have 2 defenders and 3 midfields scoring an average of 6 out of 10 per match, however can we improve on those players to deliver a 7 or 8 out of 10 to make us collectively a much better side? Of course, the best option would be to keep Alex Scott, and gradually bring up the standard of the rest of the team over time.
