Good to hear that it was largely positive even if there were a few little issues. Good to hear it was done politely and I assume largely "legally". I'm glad it coincided with a very good win as well, that will always help things to go smoothly.

I thought it was pretty well refereed today. Largely let the game flow, got most of his calls correct. Don't remember much cause for concern. And yeh he got the call correct before Wells scored.

Goal of the season?

Well that was very enjoyable. Not sure when I last saw us play so many line-breaking through balls. Very good going forward, still prone to a counter-attack and the odd individual error, but on the whole I think we comfortably deserve to lead at half-time.

Yeh. And I'll say the same for Semenyo. Good goal, a couple of good crosses, getting into good positions. But then also lost possession for the very early counter that led to their free-kick on the edge of our box, and has made a couple of other errors. But on the whole he's had a 7(ish) out of ten first half.

He's had one or two great moments, but he's also misplaced one or two high profile passes. I'd say overall he's having a good game. Not the game of his life, but a good game.

Oh someone get a toe on that cross.

Yeh, and Scott fluffed the pass in the early counter-attack. Moments like that will happen. Semenyo has his goal, he's had an up and down half hour other than that. More chances will come if we play like this. Like that cross that just happened as I type. Yes I'd say we are playing very well.
